+ -1 moreThe overall experience was painless and the results - gorgeous. Robert had explained what needed to be done due to the window frames for the shutters to function correctly. When the shutters were installed, you couldn't see or know what adjustments were needed; it was seamless. These shutters definitely add that extra 'something' to windows and also very functional. I couldn't be more happy or satisfied.
Description of Work: I had two windows done with Raised Panel (3-fold) shutters and two windows done with bifold Plantation shutters. Robert gives free estimates and comes and measures, remeasures, shows different samples of shutters, color or stain was not a problem, and gave a timely and reasonable quote. I could not find this quality (ALL WOOD), cost, and service at any home improvement store. His professionalism, attention to detail, listening to the customer, and providing quality product and work is a God send in this day and age.
