This was on a Sunday so Sunday rates were charged. Tech called about 5 minutes after I spoke with the dispatcher. He explained that he was on another call at the moment and it would be a few hours until he could come. He called about an hour and a half later to let me know he was on his way. He arrived about 10 minutes after that. Original problem was that both toilets in the house would not flush and appeared to be clogged. The tech correctly identified a clog in the stack which caused the upstairs toilet to not flush, and also caused a vapor-lock in the downstairs toilet so that it would not flush properly. He used an electric snake to go into the stack to the point where the pipe narrows and broke up the clog. After the clog was successfully cleared from the stack, he ran the snake from the house trap out to the main sewer line to make sure the clog had not simply moved farther down the line and gotten stuck again. Once the clog was removed from the stack, both toilets began functioning normally. We also ran all faucets full blast for a few minutes to make sure the drain lines were all clear. He was at the house roughly one hour total.
Description of Work: Used snake to clear toilet/stack clog.
