We're in the process of getting ready to move and everybody I've spoken at Perry Wellington is just so nice and they're so punctual about calling you. It's like you can get somebody literally 24/7 with them if you want. When you make a phone call in, everybody's phones ring so you get somebody. I'll say A plus for service. You can't beat them. If you're a tech savvy person, they're really big into that like you get quick responses. They're wonderful with tech savvy people because they respond fast. You can't beat their price because they're one and a half or two and a half percent cheaper than anybody else in the area.
