We eventually contacted the Knight builders after that first winter. We left countless messages on their phone, NO reply. The situation worsened this winter, when we had single digits during the night. We had a water break in one of the pipes that fed the master bath. We got another builder to repair the situation, it entailed ripping open the walls until they found the leak. NO insulation whatsoever was placed where the pipes froze. Furthermore, the plumber advised us that along the soft where the piopes burst, trhere was no insulation whatsoever. He had never seen such neglect. It cost us aver $1,200to repair the damage. We could never recommend the knight brothers for any type of construction.

My experience with them has been very good. Their quality is excellent. I've used them before and had originally been recommended to them by a real estate agent. They're exceptional. Everything is well thought out and they're easy to work with. They like to get it right the first time and usually always do. They're very accommodating along the way, with dealing with changes to the plan or anything like that.
