I had it done last year. I started the process in October, 2014 and finished around May of 2015. I had to wait for the counter tops because it turned out to be a popular item that they didn't order and I had to wait on backorder for that. It was custom only in that it was from Caesarstone and IKEA works with them directly so all of the counter tops are provided from them. It took a while for it to have it done and that is where the problem was. It looks nice. I enjoy it. I am happy. They get A for the job and C for communication. It is hard to get a hold of them and their phone lines are terrible. The phones lines, in the way that they have you connected to the departments are the worst and that is the biggest problem. They were good and came on time when they said. They are very professional. I use them quite often. I go to IKEA for a lot of things but I went to them at the time because they had their special sale on kitchens.
Description of Work: I got my kitchen done but I got it through IKEA.
