Home Depot RF Installations

First they showed up on the wrong day to do an estimate and measure for a new door. I called and confirmed my appointment for the original date and time that we scheduled. A representative showed up and proceeded to tell me that they could not do a door replacement because there was siding on the house and they did not do that type of install because of the aluminum around the door frame! I contacted the Home Depot store to explain that this was not anything unusual and they agreed that RF should have been able to handle the install. The manager at the Home Depot store was very apologetic and refunded my fee for the estimate and said he would contact RF Installations about the situation. I then received a message from someone claiming to be a manager for RF at 7:30 on a Sunday night who left a name and number to contact him to rectify the situation. Since then I have left 3 messages for him and never received a return call. Just to be clear, my experience with the Home Depot was fine but I would strongly suggest you do not have them do a door installation if they continue to use RF Installations to do the work.
