+ -1 moreThis is the first home we have built. They are a good builder. They built a quality product. There's just a lack of communication. They are a very small builder. The only that we were frustrated with was managing expectations.
Description of Work: I just built a house with Hogan and Herr Builders. It took about 5 months to build the house but we've been living in it for 8 months now.
