Called to have a large pine tree removed from my daughter's property. It was in town and close to her house, the alley, a neighbor's house and had power lines all around. Charlie and his crew did a FANTASTIC job. He kept in constant touch with me letting me know when they'd be there, what they were doing, sending pictures of the progress, and did a wonderful cleanup job after they finished - all this while it was raining! I've seen other places that had trees removed and you could definitely tell by the sawdust, the branches and leaves or pine needles and disarray in the yard that a tree had been taken down. Charlie gave me the option of having them take away the tree branches and trunk and filling the hole, removing the roots, etc. and I had him do that. My daughter's yard looks picture perfect and the price was very reasonable. I HIGHLY recommend this company. Takes great pride in their work and do a great job.

Charlie Dillon gave me a bid last month to remove two trees at a house I own in Pennsylvania. As I live in Virginia, we agreed that I'd call him to perform the work before my next trip to PA. I called Charlie ten days ahead of time to set the appt. for September 19th. He instructed me to call Miss Utility. I did so, all markings were made and I received the Miss Utility report early Friday morning, September 18th. Charlie instructed me to call him when I got into town to confirm my arrival since he knew I was traveling all the way from Virginia. I called twice and left messages on Friday the 18th to confirm my arrival and request the time he would be arriving the following day. I called again on Saturday morning at 11:00 and left another message. Charlie never returned any of the three calls and never showed up to do the work. So, I drove 4 hours from Virginia to south of Pittsburgh specifically to have this work done and Charlie never showed, never returned any of the three messages nor has he called with any explanation or apology since. Needless to say, I cannot and will not recommend his services.

Quick, timely, careful and professional service. Obviously knew what they were doing.
