He got in and out quickly. Did the job quickly. He did not itemize, he said he would charge me for material and the man hours, he did not itemize it like he said he would. He said he couldn't tell me an exact price because he had to take the old window frame boards down to see what he needed to do. But he said he would do time and materials and I told him I wanted the type of board made out of pvc, Aztec. He just basically had a charge of a thousand dollars for it and the stucco was $75 and I could not get out of him time and materials. I'm not so sure I would use him again I don't think I asked for anything unreasonable for time and materials. If I did I would insist on linear board foot for the materials beforehand and an hourly price on the time. I would consider it if he could give me an itemized estimate and then when work was done give me a breakdown

The plumbing I was not pleased with, a high schooler could have done a better job. He took care of the cabinetry. The plumbing he used a flexible waste drain that doesn't take any skill to install. He came when he was supposed to be there and he finished when he was supposed to, timely. He should of used a drain pipe that was cut to size, measured to size rather than a flexible quicky job.
