They do all sorts of audio but their expertise is in matching of car radios to any model. You tell them what kind of car you have and they'll tell you what fits and send you kits. To make it fit, it's a thumb. I had a small problem with installing the thumb and I sent them an email with the picture of what I was seeing and I got a response within 24 hours telling me exactly what I needed to do and they just were very helpful in helping me decide even with the unit to get. I looked in the store and it was just very confusing and then there was no real way to find out what was going to fit into my car, what wasn't and I just found a lot of the service member that were just over aggressive to get you in and use their help and Crutchfield actually sends you things that you can install yourself with full instructions and telephone support. If you have any problems, they'll talk you some things and email support. I returned the speakers because I found I didn't need them and they halfway gave a refund then very quickly. I think they're reasonably priced. The customer service is great and timely responses and everything.
