Bryan's Custom Painting

The job was to paint the exterior of a house that is 45 years old. As new owners of the property we were not sure how long it had been since the house had been painted. The house is in a wooded setting and there was evidence of mildew on the front of the house and sun damage in the rear of the house. After power washing and cleaning the exterior and the deck Andy applied two coats of stain to the house and the deck. The result is exceptional. He paid attention to detail ( removing the spouts and locking mechanisms to ensure complete coverage), He always cleaned up after each session and was meticulous in his care of the house. Andy had to contend with frequent rainstorms, but was still able to complete the job in a timely fashion. Overall he did an outstanding job and we will use his company for interior painting when that becomes necessary.
