+ -1 moreRich was on-time, actually early because he said he wanted to make sure that he found everything in plenty of time. The inspection went fine. He pointed out a few items that we hadn't notice when we looked at the house before. I was impressed - He is a great person and had a wonderful personality and did not make us feel stupid...lol I liked the report he sent. It had pictures and was actually easy to understand and our realtor said most of the reports they get a just a few pieces of paper. I would definitely recommend him - I am glad there are still people that provide a good service.
Description of Work: We needed a Home Inspector to give us an honest opinion of the house. My husband and I had a bad experience with the Realtor and the Home Inspector on the last house we purchased. Rich's (Shady Side Home Inspections) name was given to us be a friend that has worked with him in the past and he assured us of his professionalism. He inspected the house and the garage on a Saturday afternoon for us. We both work during the week and that was the only day we had to get this done.
