Initially was told that they had sub- contractors to do plumbing, electrical ect.....but only the same three men came to do the job. They rarely showed up when they said they would. It took almost 2 full years to complete our 10x10 kitchen . Cabinets are poor quality and doors do not fit up correctly. They sent 2 different men out to try to rectify problems who only came once and would never come back. They dented my new stainless steel sink while putting it in a and the faucet leaks still to this day. Trim work is shoddy and not applied straight. Had large leak under the sink that resulted in warped boards that we had to pay someone else to fix. These people lie! Do not trust them!
Description of Work: New kitchen with new cabinets and counters.

From start to finish everything was as it was supposed to be. The cabinets were as described, the delivery before the due date, the countertops perfect. When there were questions about the countertops Lou worked them out with the manufacturer. I was never forced to intercede. I am so pleased with the mid Continent Cabinetry that I just ordered some special door closers to match the drawer dampers that are part of this wonderful kitchen.
Description of Work: I was interested in re-doing my kitchen, the cabinets were outdated and needed replaced. A friend reccomended Maple Mountain Equipment and I was very happy I went there. I had gotten estimates from Lowes and Home Dept ,as well as some private companies but price was not my only concern. I wanted a company and sales person that I knew would be available to me after the sale. I could not be sure I would get that at the big box stores and I did not want to pay for my entire purchase before the order was placed, ( at Maple Mountain, half down and balance at delivery is the policy) that was a requirement in dealing with Lowes or Home Depot. I went to Maple Mountain after I had gotten all the other quotes and estimates. I met their kitchen designer, Lou Longo. He was knowledgeable and professional and took the time I needed to make my decision. Our kitchen is an odd shape and when I could not get the measurements and layout so he could easily understand what I was concerned about, he met with my contractor and came to measure for me. In fact, at his suggestion, we added some design enhancements that made the kitchen my dream kitchen. The countertops were a concern because I did not want granite but had seen a Formica product that I really liked. Lou worked with me to get the best price and the exact design I wanted from the manufacturer, Vangura, and I am thrilled with the results. There were very few problems or questions but if I did need to contact Lou, I got immediate results, exactly what I wanted when I contracted with them. The delivery was timely and there were no errors in my order. The amazing thing is that there was a pricing disparity and last week I received a call from Lou telling me that I had a credit coming. What a bonus, Maple Mountain is honest, too. I highly reccomend Maple Mountain Equipment and Lou Longo. If we have any other remodeling jobs that they can help with, I will return and complete the new project with them.
