LOWE'S

The process was long. I got to a point where i would sign the contract and have the work down whitin a month which would start September 2015. I was told they were so back logged that they are not taking any contracts and are frozen. Months later they mention the can take me. I should mention that i had a previous contractor that was horrible. So this job seemed like a million a bucks next to the previous contractors. Although in hind sight it was average and slighlty sub par. For the price it was pretty bad. There was slight errors in the project and tile work. The hot and cold water where hooked up opposite. The shower water handle was not fully operational. I still have a tile bar that is ripping away form the walls. The heated tile floors time out. Lowe's has a 1 year warranty but good like getting them. When you call they say they will call the contractor. That is it. The contractor never calls back. After a few weeks i call back and they say they will send another message. Again no word. I call back and say hey do you follow this up. Placing calls doesn't seem to work. They say the contractor is back at returning calls. Ok then maybe you shouldn't make them.... to date the warranty is out and there is still problems. When another issue happened i asked about the tile floors still not working and they said this issue was resolved and they closed out the ticket. I said it never has been resolved. I said let me close out the ticket from now on. Overall they were on time and stayed on site and cranked out the work. There were flaws of which good luck getting them corrected after they leave. The price was huge. For the basic bathrooms i paid over 20k. It was more like a 10k job.

I have an account with Lowes of Uniontown Pa. The expertise in the associates is very limited. I intend to use the nearby Home Depot more. I provide my repair people with access to my account. I one particular person happens to be off, no body else can input the names I live thirty miles away. I called to confirm they had a certain item in stock. After six people and twenty minutes the hung up. Home Depot provided a lower estimate on some kitchen cabinets. I ask for a price adjustment to stay with Lowes. Four hours later I still didn't have the cabinets. I will have a Home Depot account in the near future.

I stopped using it because it I just couldn't use it anymore. I was not happy with the driving mower. I would advise them to take more responsibility and not push it to other people. I am not going to Lowe's, I will not buy even a paint brush there.They were alright to deal with before, it seems like there has just been a change of attitude. We are not the only ones, my mother bought things from there, and she had trouble and she won't use them again. The tractor was not like an A grade tractor.

I don't think they have people, they bring it out, but it is like they hire people to bring it out. If you have to go pick up something in Lowe's, they won't help you put it up in the truck in case it breaks, they don't want it to break. We thought it leaked, but it ended up to be rain that had sipped through the basement. We didn't know that and we wanted to get the water heater replaced. It is a Whirlpool water heater. We called Whirlpool, and we said we wanted another one, and Whirlpool said they will come out and look at it. Lowe's said once they hook it up, they had nothing to do with it at all. We weren't happy with them at all. We are not going back to Lowe's for anything ever again. The price was average.

The installation was good. They were timely. He came right on time as they say he would. The man who came to install the water tank was very nice and works very quick. We are very happy with Lowe's. We never had problem of whoever they subcontract or whoever they get.

It went very good. They were prompt. One thing I liked was, they laid down tarps into my floors before they even began to work. They cleaned up everything. People wouldn't know that I have new doors put in, that is how clean they left it. We had estimates from other companies and they were the most reasonable price.
