Description of Work: The owner came out and gave us an estimate on building a new full bathroom in our basement. We agreed on a price and start date. He called us one week before he was supposed to start and told us to get all of the supplies. We did (Approximately 5,000 in materials). He never showed up. We called to see why he was delayed and the secretary took a message. This happened every few days for about two weeks. Then as we were driving on the other side of town, we spotted him and his crew remodeling an office building. He never returned our calls or offered an explanation or a delayed start time. About 4 months later, we found his business card stuck in our screen door. He still never called to explain or reschedule. This happened about 4 or 5 years ago. Hopefully, he has changed his business practices.

+ -1 moreKelly Construction made an appointment with me. My dad was there in my house. He had his number. He said he would call before he got there and made an appointment time and just never showed up and never called back. I have no idea of price rating or anything else and I don’t know what led to that. My dad of course left me a message saying, why did he never showed up; he took off from work to be here and Kelly Construction never responded.
