we had multiple issues with the garage build we had done. 1. demo day they left behind 2 huge pieces of concrete pad then wanted us to split the cost because they went over on weight on the dumpster. 2. when they poured the concrete the next day a big piece of the corner broke off. 3. framing day they missed close to 60 misssed nails in the 2x4 to osb sheeting. and didn't nail 3 studs completely. 4. there was exposed man door and garage door framing exposing the wood to the elements, when asked why it was not sided or covered with flashing we was told it was "industry standard "to leave the wood exposed to the elements. 5. the garage door leaks and he refuses to look at it and states it's not under warranty. it took us close to 4 weeks to get them to come back and fix all their mistakes, all except the garage door because i did not see that until 2 months later, and he is refusing to contact he to take care of the situation. yet warranty is a year on the garage. overall i would not recommend this company to friends and family due to poor communication , inadequate site supervision of subcontractors, his subcontractors were vert sloppy and lacked attention to detail.

There were a couple issues with the concrete, but the contractor is working on correcting that. The quality of work on the garage is very good and I am pleased with the finished product.

We started the process last Oct., 2013 and weather was not on our side. His people got the existing carport down (took about a week, did not show up every day) and it rained, snowed, or was subfreezing temps that delayed up til March 2014. The concrete guy was slow to get the foundation laid and them lots more snow. Once the weather broke, it only took them 3 days to build a 30x30 foot garage. Great quality and workmanship. I got exactly what I wanted and am very pleased with my garage. I would definitely recommend Hudock Garages to any one looking for a garage. A very good value for the product.

John was very punctual in coming to make an estimate and was quick to answer questions along the process. His crew built a beautiful garage for us. The construction is great quality. We experienced some difficulty during the process that was not in any way John's fault. We had a VERY difficult neighbor that did whatever he could to delay the build and make things miserable for all involved, and John was understanding and accommodating. The price was very reasonable for the quality of the work and the size of the project. The work was completed in as timely a fashion as possible considering the circumstances. I recommend him regularly and would not hesitate to call him with any additional needs, especially now that we have a new neighbor!

The service was excellent. The quality was very high and the professionalism was as well. The work was completed as agreed. They had no delays at all. I would recommend them. The value was great. The company is great and John is a good guy to work with.

After looking around for a company that will build a garage we met with John from Hudock garages. He was able to offer us prices for everything piece by piece and we were able to choose all of the options that we wanted. One downside is that we needed to have the land excavated (parking pad and small shed were there prior) so that added money that we were not expecting onto the total price. Once we got everything excavated and got the permits, they began leveling the land and pouring the concrete base. Once that was done they waited a week and then were able to build the garage itself. Once it got moving it got up very quickly. There were a few delays here and there due to poor communication or unavailability of his workers. The only thing we would improve upon would be that communication. We felt like we had to call them a lot more than we should have had to.

The concrete subcontractor had a temper and was plane out annoying. .It took him 12 working days (I'm only counting the days he showed up to work) to build the frame for the concrete. He showed up at all hours of the day and night. He blocked my vehicles in and would not move out of the way. I specifically told him that he was not to park under my carport and he did anyway. He left trash and cigarette buds everywhere, used my neighbors water hose and water without asking. I had to contact Hudock to come down because he was not working in the right area and would not listen to me he actually argued with me on where I wanted the garage built. He had the concrete poured 3 feet from where I wanted it but I was tired of arguing with the guy. It took Hudock's builders 2 days to build the garage and it looks good, but I still need to build a ramp because of the concrete guy.

I like the way he did business. He used subs to get the job done. I had my old one demolished and then had a cement work done along with the entire garage built from ground up. He was prompt in his work and they were done within 3 days.
