Inspection went very well. David did and amazing job in in every aspect of the inspection from providing suggestions to knowing every question asked. Very skilled, knowledgeable, and very informative. Nothing was skipped over or ignored. Each test that was performed was explained in much detail whether it met the criteria or if we needed to figure out a way to resolve the issue. In my experience, I'm glad that the radon test was suggested for the area that the home was in. I've only heard bits and pieces about radon but never gave it much thought. After the test was performed, it was found that the level was almost 3 times the safe level. Dave was outstanding with explaining the results of the test and helping trying me find a specialist to help treat it. All in all outstanding from every aspect and would most definitely recommend and suggest Grandview inspections for all your needs.
