Fayette Fencing

I called and scheduled an estimate. He came out on said day (a Tuesday). He measured everything, explained it all and said he would call with the estimate by Saturday. The following Monday I called to check because I had not heard from him, He said he didn't forget, he was still working on it and would call me back. I waited 2 or 3 days and called again. Got voicemail, I left message and he didn't call me back. I call 2 more times after that and left a voice mail and got no return call. Just rude!! At least return a call!!!!!

We have been wanting a fence for awhile and didn't know the first thing about installing one. After some time, we decided to let the professionals handle the job. We had called three companies to let them know our interest in having a fence installed. Two of the three did measurements and said that they would let us know. Fayette Fence gave us an estimate on the spot. The price was right but we were polite and waited for the other estimates to arrive by mail. Their estimate was the best based on our budget. They also gave us many more options to choose from than the other other companies. We saw all of the estimates and decided on them. We were told that it would probably be about tem days to two weeks before they would be able to start on our yard. We were excited because we thought that it would take much longer to start. We both work during the week and they wanted to do a final walkthrough before installation was performed, they made time to visit us on a Sunday afternoon to go over the plans and made a last minute adjustment that completely fit our needs. I came home from work on a Wednesday afternoon and I have beautiful fence in my yard that was way ahead of schedule and right on budget. He also came by that evening to make sure that we were pleased with every aspect of the fence and let us know that if we were not pleased, they would make it right no matter what. They were more than competent and efficient in their work. There wasn't a mess and everything looked great. I would have them do work for me in the future. Great job.

Came on time after a couple shipping delays.First day put the black vinyl coated posts in ground with concrete mix into hole.Posts were vinyl coated as desired due to my desire to have lack of maintence.The next morning ,I checked the line posts and they were moving quite a bit,and were not secure.Also noticed the bolts used to secure the top rails were stainless steel,not black or at the least galvanized.Checked the line posts and they were not black vinyl coated and were all scratched up.Looked like they were galvanized pipe with black paint applied.Called the owner and told him the nuts and bolts had to be at least galvanized and hopefully I could get black galvanized.The owner laughted at me.Said they did not make black galvanized nuts and bolts and the rails would be black spray painted along with the nuts and bolts to spruce them up.I stated I was on the Lowes website and I am looking at black galvanized bolts that can be ordered.We did not even discuss the loose line poles,I knew I was done then.Total job cost was to be 2800.00.Told the owner didnt need the black paint deals,how much do I owe you for what you have done.Stated 750.00 told him to come pick up his check and he was done.Next day went to Lowes to buy concrete mix and came home to put into holes.They are secure now.I should have know they were not in the ground enought as the posts were being sawed off approximately 12 inches before going into hole.Just a bad deal all around.

We called them and they came out with an estimate and we had them do it. It was quite simple and we were happy with the work they've done.
