They were supposed to be a Best Buy repair provider. They failed to call to schedule initial appointment. After a week of waiting they finally scheduled an appointment. They failed to show up for this appointment, and rescheduled another appointment. They failed to show up for this appointment. When Best Buy contacted them they told the Best Buy rep that I should call the TV manufacturer. So much for my extended service plan..... Update (7/7/2014): After several instances of dealing with Best Buy Customer Service, I feel as if this providers response to my original review is probably accurate.
Description of Work: Never showed up. Missed 2 scheduled appointments.

The customer called Best Buy for service. We are not Best Buy nor do we work for Best Buy. We are contracted to perform service by the third party warranty provider. We never received a dispatch. We were called 3 times to run the call but never received authorizatio for the call. We cannot be expected to run a call that we cannot and will nto get paid to complete. Since Best Buy has recently changed the dispatching system and obviously the dispatches are not comming thru correctly. I advised Best buy to have the customer call the manufacture to have the call completed quicker for the customer. I did not sell the TV to the customer, I do not work for Best Buy, I did not sell the extended contract to the customer. So why am I getting bad marks from this customer? Yes the customer should be upset, but not with me. They should be upset with Best Buy, We have been in business for over 30 years, but since the Best Buys of the world have taken over this industry, there ismore confusion they results. I am sorry for the customers problems, but they are not at all any fault of my own, or my company.
