Description of Work: Ed and Marks installed rear door coded lock, 10 deadbolts on doors throughout the home, front door and garage door, and several handle sets. They set up a master system where one key opens all the doors and upstairs bedrooms are individually keyed for my guests. They recommended companies and helped me understand the specs so I could order the needed locks. I wanted brass for my 116-year-old historic building and needed the master system for my B+B. It was a difficult job because in a home this old nothing is standard size and clearances aren't exactly what they should be. The end result is upgraded security, convenience for me and my guests, and nobody can walk away with my exterior door key accidentally because they punch in a 4-digit code, and I change the code for every guest. I would hire Ed and Marks again in a heartbeat. They are extremely knowledgeable and offered me several possible options to meet my needs, and the end results are beautiful. I rated them a B in punctuality because it took them a week or so to get here once I had the parts, but all good contractors are busy, and Zach and April are no exception.

Description of Work: I called their office and they took my name and number and said that they would get back to me. a day went by so i called again and said that they had refereed it to a tech and said that someone would be out that day. no one showed. i called them a third time and once again took my name and number and said that i would be getting a call right back. no one called again. luckily i found someone else to come out to supply and install all of my locks
