Worst experience I've ever had. Called them because of other good reviews, however they came the project would cost. We agreed and $1,800 later and three visits, and I still have essential air conditioning that doesn't work. Be wise and look elsewhere for service. The lady that I spoke to on the phone promised that they stand on their good work. This is not true. They would not return my phone calls.

We installed an Aire Flo Gas Furnace for a (removed member name) in 2010. According to our records he had a renter named (removed member name). The install was a successful installation. We always offer one year free service with our installations, which we did. In 2011 the pressure switch went bad. We replaced a pressure switch which was under a manufacture warranty. We did not charge (removed member name) for the repair which was due to equipment failure, and not any fault with the installation. There are no pipes to be installed that could be faulty in an Aire Flo Gas Furnace, so we are confused as to what (removed member name) is referring to about the pipes. It is possible that (removed member name) did not keep (removed member name) informed as to why we had to have a return visit. We strive to offer customer satisfaction and are certainly disappointed that (removed member name) was not satisfied. We have a very good customer relation with (removed member name). We did a paid routine follow up service in 2012 at the request of (removed member name). We would be pleased to clarify the service with (removed member name)trusting he would adjust his review of Economy Furnace our our service.

Company called for maintenance serivce scheduled in October. Furnace broke and called to get same day service for the furnance. Took all information and the scheduler said that she would get back to me. Call backed and left a message that they could not come to fix the furnace. Called back to see if there was something that could be done and if we could get service after hours. Scheduler gave the phone to the owner who said that she could not send someone to see it. I explained there was no heat and we have a family member who is ill in the house and tried to get her to reconsider. She then became very rude and said and quot;you are the one who is trying to ruin my company on Angie's listand quot;. I indicated all the information was accurate and she went on ranting and ranting. She closed with get someone else to do your service. I will not. So here we are with a broken furnace, a maintenance plan left to get someone else after hours to fix the problem. My origional call to this company was at 8:30 AM. It was not until after 2:00 PM that she decided that she was not going to send anyone to look at it.
Description of Work: Owner is Rude. Called for service for a broken furnace and owner realized that I gave a poor review for her company and refused to look at the furnace even though she had called to schedule the maintance service for 2 weeks from the date. Inflexible and Rude. Will not use th is company.

Our service plan contract is printed in writing and is very clear and requires a signature. There is no discount on service calls or reduced rate for overtime in the SMILE contract – this is a maintenance agreement. We DO offer 10% discount on parts, timely service, and a discount on MAINTENANCE. On 1-7-2011 (invoice 7298) our technician serviced her furnace after hours. On 9-22-12 (invoice 9362) we dispatched a technician to her residence once again but her basement was filled with water and could not be safely serviced. We received no payment for this call. On 9-28-12 (invoice 9384) when the water issue had been resolved we once again dispatched a technician who replaced parts and rewired. At this time the customer joined our SMILE maintenance plan. On 1-24-12 we honored the SMILE program by servicingher oil furnace at no charge to her (invoice 10017). We had honored the SMILE agreement. This customer however determined that she did not have to pay for a breakdown service call. In September when she called for breakdown service, she expected our company to service her at no charge. Her SMILE contract had been honored and to demand service without paying our company was not reasonable. She was irate and irrational. The company owner at this time determined that she should find a company that could please her as we could not.

I was very satisfied with the whole experience from start to finish. The secretary was very pleasant, polite, and helpful. She kept me informed each step of the way and worked with my schedule for scheduling the service call. The problem was for the cental air unit which would turn-on but then automatically turn-off after a minute or so of running. The tech was very professional and happy to answer all my questions re: what he was doing and what he was testing for. The problem ended up being a bad thermostat which he replaced. After, he said he was going to check everything on the central air unit(outside). He had gone out ahead of me and when I joined him, he was adding refrigerant. I bring this up as he should have asked me if I wanted the service BEFORE doing it as my problem for the service call had already been fixed. Hence, the grade of B for professionalism on the report. I would seek their services again but would be certain to tell the tech to get my persmission for any service that would result in a charge.
Description of Work: The tech was responding to a service call related to my central air unit. The following services were provided: greater than Service call - $70 greater than Replaced my thermostat greater than Added 6 lbs of refrigerant I cannot tell from the receipt but the other charges were $150.00 and $70.00.

Made inquiry by telephone and questions were answered very quickly. A salesman visited and gave us options but did not pressure us to buy. After agreeing to the purchase the furnace was installed quickly. We have been very happy with our purchase over its first winter season.

We did that free service one year after the install. Diane hired us to do her subsequent clean and tune and has taken great care of her equipment. The blower motor on our furnace went out at 10:30 on Sunday night and I called their 24-hour line. I got a recording and decided to call back in the morning. Within 15 minutes, someone saw my number on their caller ID and returned my call. I scheduled an appointment for Monday afternoon. Their serviceman called when he was on his way, arrived on time and was friendly, polite and efficient. He got to work quickly and replaced the old motor in just under an hour. We're very pleased with their responsiveness, the repair and the price. Wholeheartedly recommend!
