+ -1 moreThese folks are the best, this is a $10,000 hot tub and when they got done it was like new again and for a very reasonable price, far less expensive than replacing it. Jeff our service tech was very, very knowledgeable and personable and Buba gave us great direction. I would recommend their sales and service to anyone very highly. Thank you to Young's Hot Tubs you are a life saver.
Description of Work: My Thermo Spa hot tub is 15 years old and bit by bit one thing after another stopped working and it was leaking. I had thoughts of just shutting it down or replacing it but I built my deck around it so removing it would be a pain. I contacted Young's Hot Tubs referred to me by Thermo Spas and made an appointment.

+ -1 moreMike goes the extra mile to make you happy. He sincerely cares about his products and his name. And he stands behind both. He even helped me troubleshoot a problem for free over the phone saving me hundreds in a service call. Most other contractors would just say I need to see it to diagnose and charge for service call even if it's an easy fix. My next tub will be from him and I will recommend his service to anyone.

Description of Work: Apparently we have other problems we need to speak to them about. Might need a new pump., still leaking pretty badly, so need them out again but did a good job with what they did.
