Work was done quickly and looks great. Workers were courteous and final clean-up etc. went well. The estimate did not include replacing the chimney flashing, but that ended up part of the job. If we had been offered a choice, we wouldn't have had it done, but we weren't asked. There may have been an unforeseen problem which necessitated it; I can not say. However, they stayed and worked well past sunset that particular day. We were asked for and did pay extra, because the flashing was replaced. Also, our heated gutters ended up being an unanticipated large consumer of time for the contractor. He wanted us to pay extra, but we felt it was poor diligence on his part, and we refused that extra charge. We haven't gone through an ice dam season yet, so we can't say if the new roof has solved our leak problem.

Very good work ethics, polite and on time all 2 1/2 days. Very well pleased with workmanship and would highly recommend Absolute Construction with Nathan Chaddley and his crew to everyone with roof issues.

It went mostly good, and they're nice to work with. They had replaced my roof back around 2005, so I decided to use them again. Overall with the siding I'm having a little trouble with water stains in the laundry room that hangs off one side of my house. I'm going to call them soon to see if they can't come back out and fix that. Again, mostly it's been good, but I wouldn't say they're perfect. Just a couple little issues.

I called on 9/17/12 for a quote on a 2 car attached garage and new roof for the entire house. He scheduled an appointment on 9/18/12 after 5:30 pm at the house to go over what I was looking for. I got home from work @ 4:30 pm on the 18th and stayed home the rest of the night for a NO SHOW and NO CALL. NOT very professional! So I can say I will never call this company again for future work. I think it only right to pay them the same respect. I guess my time isn't as valuable as his. You make your own mind up. I wouldn't give them the time of day. I think you can figure what my biggest pet peeve is. I'm going through and replying to the other 4 companies that gave me quotes that I decided to go with someone else and thought I'd reply to absolute too.

They never called.

I was pleased with the workers from Absolute Construction and Services Inc and their workmanship. They also provided a 10-year warranty to cover any problems that we have which I am very pleased with.
