I had used True Green for a couple of years. Every month my invoice was more than I had contracted for. When I called to find out why, I was told that it was for extra services. I never approved any extra services. Every month I receive calls or someone from True Green or knocks on my door trying to sell there services. I politely explain why I will never use True Green again. One technician burned my grass so badly that I had to have someone replace the sod. The low point came this week when I answered a call at 8.00 PM; it was a sales person from True Green. He spoke broken English and spoke so fast that I could not understand him. When I tried to interrupt him, he kept on speaking. Finally I hung up. My phone rang immediately thereafter and it was the same thing all over again. I called True Green the next day, explained my disfavor with the sales person; I was told that I would be on the do not call list and the do not visit list. We'll see how that goes. My next step is to contact the BBB and request a cease and desist order.

The lawn looks great! I think the price of their service is a little high. If you purchase the service online you will receive a 10% discount. They constantly try to sell me various upgrades to my service but I think my lawn is just fine and looks better than my neighbors. I have not purchased any additional services.

They are very good at taking care of your lawn, but they do try to sell you more products and services along the way.

I would grade them very low since they told me what they were going to do but they were very rude about it. I had called them and I misinterpreted what information they gave me which was my fault but they did not give me any help on what where the right places that I should go to. They were just thinking that this is what they do and don’t call them unless you know what they were doing.

I wasn’t very happy with their services because they burned up my grass. I am still trying to get my lawn back in shape. I had the manager come out and he made it worse. They tried to blame it on the grubs but it was the chemicals they used. The lawn was all burned up the grass and there were holes in it. It was a special Lucia grass and it’s really finicky. I know it’s still just grass but they didn’t know how to treat it. Their pricing was high and were in a hurry.

They are very punctual as well. They really did a great job on our front lawn. When we first moved in last year, our yard was brown and dead. By the end of the season, the yard was green. It's not like it's sprayed with a green chemical. They aerated and everything else. They call and say when they are going to be there and they are always on time.
