I called George and he came out and gave me an estimate the same day. He explained everything in detail including replacing rotted wood. I had 5 different estimates and I chose George; based on his demeanor, honesty and price. We have several levels of roofs and all of them were different shingles. George estimated that it would take 1 week. They started on a Monday and were completely finished by Thursday. Each day they cleaned everything up. Any time an issue came up George contacted me to make a decision. Our deck roof was leaking in one spot; George replaced the wood and matching the intricate pattern perfectly so that when you looked up you couldn't even tell. Every suggestion he made proved to be the right one. Whenever I called to set things up I spoke with his wife Samantha who was an absolute delight to deal with. His crew was also wonderful. If you are looking for a roof I highly recommend this company. George is a straight shooter and an honest man. Some of the roofers I called I would never consider hiring. It is very hard to trust people these days, what a relief to have a contractor that I could trust. HIRE THIS MAN and you will agree.

George the owner came by on very short notice - faster than any other of the 5 places I called. He got the job done quickly at a very reasonable price. I would absolutely use him again.

Perfect. I can't say enough about how satisfied we are with the job George did for us. He was the first roofer to respond to our initial roof leak and quickly corrected the immediate problem. We had known for some time that the roof was at the end of it's life and asked for a new roof quote, which he sent within a few days. We received competitive bids from 4 other firms and Pindro's pricing was the best. The quality of the new roof was great, with well installed flashing details around the various openings. He was very accomodating to our request to keep debris off our neighbors' property which is very close to ours. The job was complete in about 3 days and he had no changes to the original pricing. Fabulous job.

George was very friendly and professional, his crew completed the work quickly and thoroughly in one afternoon. The quote was reasonable for the amount of work that needed done and included other minor repairs that I was not aware of. I will definitely schedule any future work with this them.

We called Pindro Roofing for an estimate on replacing our roof. They were the first, of the five companies that we called, to come out and give us an estimate. They showed up on time and were very detailed in going over things with my husband. We received the estimate via email that same weekend. The estimate was very easy to understand and clearly laid out everything the job included. After comparing all five estimates we received, we decided that Pindro was the right decision. We signed our contract and he gave us an approximate start date. They called us right when they said they would and started on time. While at our house they were always on time and worked hard. They finished the job when they said they would and did a great job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and am very pleased we our decision to use Pindro Roofing. The most impressive part of George's work was that he was willing to take about 35 minutes to diagnose my problem. I had water leaking around the window in my dining room and in my master bedroom above the dining room, around both windows. I had initially been told that it was a masonry problem and had $1700 worth of masonry repairs that made a slight improvement. After his repair did not fix the problem he suggested that we open the whole dining room wall from the inside to find the leak. Another mason wanted to repair and seal the whole front of my house for about $3700. Finally, a third mason said that brick was not the problem and suggested that I call a roofer. Based on the reviews from Angie's List, I called George and he was very quick to get back to me (within a day). He scheduled a time to come out and look at the problem within 3 days. After looking inside and out, climbing on a ladder, and checking the windows, he asked for a hose. He ran the hose in different spots: on the roof, against the windows, against the brick, in the gutters, downspout, etc. and made it leak. He did what 2 other masons, a gutter repairman, and a general handyman were not able to figure out. After the estimate, he was able to schedule the work to be completed within the next week. George and his coworker were very thorough and even took pictures to show me what some of the problems were and where the gaps had been closed. He did a little extra by replacing the wood underneath the window flashing but did not charge me anymore. I am very pleased. Since I had two other repairmen tell me that the leak was fixed before, I waited for the rain. It rained hard for almost 3 days after George completed the work and there has not been a drop of water since.

George was prompt, professional, knowledgable, and skilled throughout this whole project. He responded immediately to our initial call to him, did a satellite digital survey of our roof and was able to give us a very accurate proposal of what would be needed for materials and how much the labor would cost. His pricing seemed fair considering the scope of the repairs. He made helpful recommendations as to the venting issues, what windows to buy etc., and was very patient working with us if we had questions while the job was in progress. He went beyond what we would have expected in his consideration. An example of this is that we had another construction project going on at the same time which was going to require us having to rent a dumpster. George told us to just make a pile of the refuse from that project and his men would load it into their dumpster for removal at no extra cost. This was so kind and way beyond what he needed to do. His workers were also very skilled and respectful. It is always rather traumatic to spend this much money and have a group of people literally crawling all over your house for weeks. They made it as easy an experience as possible. It was refreshing working with George in these days when from my experience, it can take weeks after trying to contact someone for them to even initially get back to you and then what you were told and what is done differs. George laid out how everything was going to occur, stuck to his timeline and and budget and got it done. There were no hidden surprises, delays or disagreements. I would give George and his company a triple A rating if that were a category. We feel so fortunate that we were able to find George . Thank you Angie's List!

His work was so great. I highly recommend him for any kinds of roofing work. For Price, I got another quote, which was slightly lower than his but it's hard to tell because the details of intended work may be different.

It went great. He definitely knows what he is doing and was professional in his work.

No job too small! We contacted George on a Saturday and he was at our home and repaired our roof before the end of the weekend. We received excellent customer service and responsiveness. We will certainly contact George the next time that we need our roof repaired.

George was great and I will call him for all my roofing needs from now on. He did a great job at a great price and got it all done very fast. I had about 15-20 feet of rotten boards above my porchhe replaced along with a bunch of shingles and rehung the gutters. It looks awesome and I would definitely use him again! -Vince

If you are looking for a roofing company that is top-notch, we highly recommend George Pindro. He had also replaced a neighbor's roof some time ago and recently (July 2014) replaced ours. We found him to be honest in his evaluation, dependable and very efficient. He was courteous from start to finish not just with his initial evaluation and estimate but also during the entire project. He made sure all of our questions were answered and all details were addressed. The additional "small" jobs, like fixing rotted fascia (on the lower roof which a previous roofer had "ignored") and carpentry on the porch post, were no problem for him (other contractors were not interested or capable of handling those jobs). He worked constantly on site during the entire project with his team and every member of his team was extremely hardworking, courteous and efficient. Every part of the installation and replacement was done correctly with attention to every detail. It was extremely refreshing to deal with a guy who is down-to-earth, very competent and professional. We would not hesitate to recommend him or hire him again.

George was very easy to talk to on the phone. Gave me a time he would come out and look over the project and give me an estimate. He was prompt and thorough in his estimating, got up on the roof, walked all around, and explained to me what he would do (in addition to simply replacing shingles). Not a pressure sell, just some recommendations and things to consider. He mentioned (and I already knew) that some of the wood seemed soft and spongy, and would likely need replaced. I went back and forth between George and an another contractor - and kept asking George for more detail and specifics on the job - so that I could compare Apples to Apples. In the end, I decided to have George do the job. I am glad that I did. Both estimates called for a min number of roof plywood sheets to be replaced, if need be. After 5 boards, they would be 30 each (George) or 70 each (competitor). As it turned out, the whole roof needed new boards, which amounted to 32 sheets. George and his crew showed up each day and worked around the weather - which was tricky, since rain was a daily threat. The project was completed in three days - with the unexpected need to replace all boards, and some rain delays. It is a very nice job and the new roof looks great.

George was responsive to our initial call. He came and did a thorough estimate of services for gutters and roof repair. His review was comprehensive and helpful. The initial estimate was not within our current budget unfortunately, but he was able to work with us and do some of the work we needed. It took a few weeks to actually get the service due to weather issues, but once the team arrived, they were great. We would use them again.

Work was done promptly and in just one day. George was always good with communicating with us about when he would be coming by. The leak we had before George came was like a waterfall and we have been absolutely gleeful at the lack of a single drop of water since he finished the job. Great work. He even gave us some advice on how to install a small section of gutter ourselves to help direct water away from our foundation and basement. We will definitely call again.

George and his team did a wonderful job repairing our roof. We had a leak where an addition meets the original building. The previous homeowners had attempted to fix this leak and did a horrible job, essentially sloppily covering all of the flashing with tar. George came by, assessed the problem and gave us a very reasonable bid to replace the flashing. He was on time and cleaned up everything very well. Removing all of the tar was a good deal of work. To satisfy due diligence, we called several roofers for estimates. We were told by other roofers that because of the tar, they would not be able to just repair the leak, they had to replace the entire roof. It was very refreshing to work with George, because he did not try to oversell us. Our roof is older, but not ready to be replaced. George cleaned up the tar and replaced the flashing. The flashing was meticulously applied and caulked. We are very happy with the work done. We had several HUGE storms roll in with no leaks! We would highly recommend George. As new homeowners, we were worried about being taken advantage of. George was great to work with and did not try to sell us anything that we did not need.

It couldn't have gone better, considering the poor condition of the garage, especially. The leaks in the main house were problematic given the frequency of thunderstorms we were having, and we were concerned about it. Mr. Pindro came by to look at the roof and suggested two alternatives. The first was to replace the shingles that had gone missing from the flat part of the house roof, which was estimated at #300; the second was to repair and resurface the entire flat part of the house roof, estimated at $1600. We opted for the latter course of action (worried about wood damage). Mr. Pindro found time to do that repair for us before the next major storm, which was very much appreciated. We have had no leaks since. (That work was done one month ago) This work was completed in an afternoon by Mr. Pindro and two employees. The original estimate for the (flat) garage roof included keeping the support beams but replacing all of the rest of the wood and resurfacing it. When the job was started, it became quickly evident that all of the support beams were badly rotted, some severely so, and that in any case none were suitable for attaching new roofing material to. The estimate was adjusted to replace all of the support beams. This was necessary. Work for the roof was begun on a Wednesday, and with the additional work that needed to be done, was estimated to be finished Friday or the following Monday; it was completed Friday, and we were able to use the garage that evening. The work was again performed by Mr. Pindro and two employees. Mr. Pindro also repaired for us a loose board in our porch roof. Mr. Pindro and empoyees were punctual and professional at all times. I contacted him through Angie's list, and he stopped by shortly thereafter to look at the situation with both roofs, climbing up on the house roof to discover the missing shingles., and surveying the damage to the garage roof. The workspace was left very clean. The new garage roof looks beautiful. In the course of work, some trees were trimmed back and vines removed; we were advised to keep the vegetation at bay. Some additional work was suggested to us for the garage (pointing the brick, reinforcing one of the walls, having an electrician wire the garage), which we will look into. I would definitely hire Mr. Pindro again.

mr. Pindto is competent, professional, and left the work area better than he found it.

He was courteous and came when he said he would. He checked the gutters and repaired what he said he would. He did not try to sell me anything I didn't need. We had a downpour the next day and the front gutter was clogged. We called him back and he came right out and found that one of downspouts he repaired had a clog. It was no big deal, he cleared it, and everything has been draining properly.

His company responded quickly to my request for an estimate. He arrived on time, did the work, was courteous and professional.

George went above and beyond for the work he had done for me. My kitchen roof was leaking into my kitchen as well as on my mother's side of the roof. My fiance, Shawn, called George about April 20, 2014. George came the next day to look at what needed to be done. Shawn told George what we wanted done and to give us an estimated price for the job. George took pictures of the roof. They found a hole on the main roof of the house as George was surveying the job site. It came down to removal and replacement of shingles, new flashing, new roof vent, and some gutter work on the kitchen roof, shingle to front porch roof, and fix the hole in the main roof. George quoted a price of $2500.00 for the job. Shawn and I talked about it. Shawn was impressed with George to day he came over to the house. Shawn liked the professional aspect of George. Two days later George came down with the contact for us to sign. This was the first time I met him. I liked him from the get-go. George is a down-to-earth kind of guy. He was reasonably price. We signed to contract and gave him a down payment, which he did not require. George was here on Friday, May 16, 2014 to start the job. After he took the shingles off, my son called me and asked if George can replace all of the plywood of the roof. It was rotted and dipping in the center where there used to be a chimney. I told my son to have George do what he needs to do. I came home from work early to see what was happening. He replaced the main support beam and all plywood on the kitchen roof and shingles it. He apologized to me for the rubbish in the back yard because the dumpster wasn't delivered on time. But, they made a point to make sure there wasn't anything laying out that my dogs would get hurt on. He came back on Monday, May 16th to finish up what needs to be done. I got home from work and I was very pleased with the finished product. In all, it cost $2890.00 to do everything and more. It was only $390.00 more than he quoted, but well worth it. Shawn and I will hire George again. I highly recommend George. "He is the man for a great roof job!!!" George came and looked at the roof , took pictures of the seams that were cracked and open . Also found some issues with the gutters that needed repaired. Gave us a price that was much lower then the previous estimates. Said he would make repairs as soon as rain quit and it was safe to work. George came today and made the repairs as the sun came out. George guaranteed the job. Was very professional and neat as he clean up the work area before leaving. He also cleaned all the gutters and hauled off the debris. Would highly recommend him , and if needed would hire again .

He did a wonderful job for us. We have many prices from different people but he was recommended by my sister-in-law. It was like pulling teeth to get people to show up but he came right away and gave us the best price. He didn't do anything without consulting us first. He always looked to find the most inexpensive price that we could get. He was very good to work with. They did a great clean up. They worked around rain storm. They were here early and did it quickly.

Mr. Pindro provided a quote in person after looking at the roof, ordered material, installed material, cleaned up job site. Very pleased with the whole experience to the point that we retained him to replace siding without getting competitive bid.
