Totally unprofessional!! Never showed up I had a scheduled appointment between nine and 11 they sent me a text message saying they were running behind I was next on the list at 1 oclock I called they said somebody would call me right back nobody ever called I called back at 2:30 got the same answer once again nobody ever called! finally after 430 I called back told him to give me my deposit ! Excuse after excuse!! Not only that but I had a $50 coupon for a garage door repair farm value pack coupons and they said oh that is already included on the price no it was not they did not even know I had a coupon until I told them after I got the price!! What a joke of a company I would not send my worst enemy to these people!!

Excellent garage door opener installation by installer Adam both professional and courteous. Cooper very helpful on phone. Hopefully they contact me when they resume door installations!! Thank you.

Customers need to be aware. This company provides no customer service. The sales rep arrived at my house. Provided me a bill of sale, then when they left my house added $1500 to the invoice without my knowledge or agreement. The company never called ahead, had the incorrect address, sold me a motor unit that I could not even be installed, and had me scheduled for 9-12 installation and never showed up until 6 pm. Never provided me copies of the invoice. They kept telling me they provided me a discount, but when the final bill was discussed, they added $29 to my bill and argued they gave me over $1500 in discounts.

Very professional. Staff was very nice and the job was done with expertise. Will recommend to others.
