+ -1 moreAand J Glass Service clearly explained what was needed, fixed the problem quickly and reasonably. When the job was completed I asked the owner, Dave Taggart if he could look at my glass shower door. I explained that parts were loose and that I was thinking of replacing the unit. Dave took the time to look at the door, explained that it was a very good door and simply needed minor service. He supplied me with a style catalog of shower doors and said with a smile, "If you decide to replace the door, let me know, I can give you a good estimate." Dave is friendly, easy-going and totally professional. An overall good experience.
Description of Work: Midweek I discovered my bathroom window was shattered. The window is an older, Anderson, double-pane style. I didn't know what to expect, a simple part replacement or a new window. After several frustrating calls (can't come out for a week, can't come out on the weekend). I found A&J Glass Service (on-line). I spoke with Dave Taggart, the owner. He agreed to come out that Saturday to give me an estimate. Dave showed up on time, looked at the problem assured me it was a part replacement and not a whole window, and gave me a very reasonable estimate (a digital estimate - sent to my email). He said it would take a couple of days to get the replacement part and it would take about an hour to install. In a few days he called, we set a time, and he completed the install in about 20 minutes. Good as new.
