Initially, I was charged $59 for the service call and the problem was diagnosed as a faulty defrost control board which they said was to be installed at a later date for $70. After this was done the problem continued. They then replaced the Contactor and the thermostat wire, but the problem still continued and I was told the labor charge for the visit was $189.00. I spoke to the owner who said that he would come down for the next visit and that they would not charge me anymore and he assured me the problem would be fixed. It was later found to be a short in the wire which only needed electric tape which "so far" seems to be fixed. I was then charged for travel time and additional labor in the amount of nearly $500. After complaining about being charged for all of this unnecessary labor and travel time they reduced the total bill to nearly $400. The owner said he will from this point going forward instruct his technicians to first visually inspect wires for broken insulation so this does not get repeated.

I have rental properties and they were prompt in setting up the time to do the service work on the units. In one case I had a tenant report a valve leaked when opened and Integrity told me it just needed tightened. Integrity could have just said it needed replaced, but they were honest and that says a lot.
