I could not be happier with the service that was provided. Dana called me immediatly after I had placed a request for service. It was Sunday and I honestly did not expect such a quick response. He sent his on call technician who came in a reasonable amount of time identified the problem and fixed it . I would highly recommend this company . I will use them again as needed. Thank You for your quick response and a Great Experiance.

They came out on sat before Memorial day with no hesitation.

Dana was very helpful in getting the exact repair I needed. He went through my options with me and our repair was done in a minimal amount of time. GREAT EXPERIENCE!! We will use them again (if needed).

They were willing to do a change out from an oil burner to a gas burner.This is not an easy thing. Integrity saved me a couple thousand dollars. All the others just want to sell a whole furnace when all that was needed was a gas gun assembly install.

What else can I say. Their name says it all, "INTEGRITY". Dana Was AWESOME. I submitted a request on Home Advisor to have my old oil burner replaced because the tank blew apart. Within 10 minutes, Dana called and scheduled an appointment first thing the next morning. He came out and said if I give him the ok to go ahead, he would have his crew there first thing the next morning. SUPER fast and SUPER clean and always on time. Very friendly and professional. Within 24 hrs, I had my old burner removed and a BRAND NEW oil burner installed and firing, PLUS they set up two heating zones. Would definitely recommend to anyone and I WILL be using them again for all my pluming and heating needs!

They came in after another company said my furnace needed to be replaced and was able to repair my system for under $300.

I originally hired INTEGRITY HAVAC to get the boiler heating system running in a home that we had purchased, along the way we have ran into many other HVAC/plumbing issues, to include damaged pipes throughout the house from freezing. INTEGRITY has gone out of their way to insure that all the repairs have been completed CORRECTLY. They have done more than asked to include working well into the late evening to ensure the work was completed. The entire staff is not only trustworthy and honest, but some of the hardest working people I had dealt with in the past. They are very knowledgable in their craft and I can not say enough about how great they have been to work with and how much I appreciate what they have done. I would recommend this company to ANYONE for the smallest to the largest of jobs, you will not be disappointed!! True Professionals!

They charge from their office in Pine Grove not from when they arrive at your home.

I was without heat for 2 days waiting to Haller to show up. I contacted Integrity in the morning and they were at my house by noon and I had heat by 1.

My oil furnace quit working on a Friday night, after business hours. Not knowing what to do, I googled oil furnace repair and clicked on 21 best heat repair services in Harrisburg sponsored by Home Advisor. I called Integrity HVAC in Pine Grove at 6:55 am Saturday morning and left a message. At 7:10, I received a return call from the owner of the company, Dana Williams. Within 30 minutes, there was a service technician on the way to my house! Technician Chris Latshaw arrived and got to work, quickly identifying the problem. He was polite, professional & really went the extra mile, explaining what he was doing as he was doing it, including cleaning up the oil that had leaked onto the floor when the furnace malfunctioned! He recommended having Integrity come back in the spring to do the yearly cleaning/maintenance. I can tell you without a doubt that I will be calling them in April to service my furnace! Afterward, I called and left a message to let Dana know that I was really impressed with the work that Chris did, and how much I appreciated the prompt response. Dana returned my call and during our conversation I discovered that Integrity supports the Wounded Warrior Project, a cause near & dear to my heart! This was like the icing on the cake! The bottom line folks: if you want a professional job, done quickly and efficiently, by honest, hard-working people with excellent customer service, give Integrity your business! You will be glad you did!

He was very personal. Informative of the cause of the problem. And showed up on time.

They do a very thorough job of cleaning my furnace after having many other "servicers" throughout the years who have done shoddy work. Courteous, explained everything before performing the work and even cleaned up afterwards as if they were never there. I would hire them to service my furnace again or anything else my home warranty needs me to find a servicer.

Excellent! Answered all of my questions and concerns, Explained the process from beginning to end of the installation.

Dana went the extra mile for me. I converted from an oil furnace to a gas furnace with propane and a heat pump. Dana is taking care of the PPL rebate for me. He also agreed to move the oil still in my tank to my mothers house, so I wouldn't have to waste 3 quarters of a tank. CJ was very good on the install answering my questions patiently and addressing my concerns. Also gave a fair price. Top notch company.

It was supposed to be a basic service for my heater I was quoted 150.00 over the phone. The bill was 211.00 when completed

The fact that they actually listen to what the customer wants and delivers exactly that, with instruction of events as they perform there work. I interviewed 8 contractors fired one and then got the best.
