Excellent service. Two plumbers had the correct equipment and were very friendly.

The gentleman that came to our house was pretty nice, but I was told that the owner had to come because they needed a different snake to use. The owner never spoke to me and avoided me the entire time. I went to ask questions about it, and he made the service tech talk to me about everything. If you are running a business and you expect it to do well..... They didn't even tell me what they did. I had to corner them outside and it was the employee that had to basically answer my questions and pretty vaguely at that. I was in dire need to get something done because of the rain and the melting snow defrosting. But, I thought they were very unprofessional especially the owner and I guarantee that I will never use them again. I will make sure that anyone I know will know not to use them. Whatever my problem was initially mostly freed itself and there wasn't an issue with the backing up that it had been, but they still charged me $150.00 just to be here and not explain anything to me. So, I was very dissatisfied with them. I haven't had a problem, but I think it cleared it up on its own, and they asked me to flush the toilet numerous times and they said we can't find where there is a problem, I heard them say that down stairs. But again, they never contacted me or anything. I don't think they provided a service for me, I think they just wanted to look good by bringing the snake in and feeding it through a pipe and then hurry up and leaving and not answering any questions about it. It was a fly by night operation. They were here and gone within a half an hour or 45 minutes and it cost me $150 out of pocket. They did come when they were supposed to, so I can't give them a bad mark for that. When I asked them if they guaranteed their work they said yes for 24 or 48 hours. That was ridiculous. We had just refinished our basement and I didn't want anything to back up and ruin it that was why I wanted to get someone here to look at it.
