Description of Work: Complete kitchen remodel. TCK employees did a great job with the reconstuction of the kitchen and any surprises and there were a few were handled. Through no fault of there' s (TCK), one wrong cabinet was sent from the manufacture, delaying installation. Six doors had to be replaced, due to poor manufacturing practices. I rated the quality a "B" because of the cabinets |and not TCK, this is why the overall "B" rating. TCK handled all changes in a professional manner. I also have some additional work for them in the kitchen a a later date.

+ 0 moreThe work was done professionally and the cleanup was proper. To this day (2010) the kitchen and the cabinets look great. We would not want one thing changed in the design. I recently had a kitchen installed in another home in another state and from that experience, with what was reputed to be a "high quality" installer, I've come to appreciate 100 times more the job Tri-County did.
Description of Work: After visiting Tri-county's showroom and getting some basic information Todd came to my home to review what we needed. What we wanted was to get rid of the old kitchen and make the new kitchen more user friendly. He made numerous suggestions including changing the layout of the kitchen and adding an island. My wife was very pleased with the layout and picked out the cabinet style and counter top. We scheduled the job. We also picked out a flooring for the kitchen.

+ -1 moreWe could not have been happier with all of our dealings with Tri-County and our resulting gorgeous, well designed kitchen. Working with Don, our designer, was a pleasure; he gave us just what we wanted and stayed within our budget. He was flexible when we made additions to the existing plans. Most of all, this company wants to make sure when they are finished that you have a quality, beautifully designed and installed kitchen that is within your budget and meets your needs. Don was extremely patient with our questions and decision making, and would give wise input as requested but in the end made sure we were getting what we wanted. The team of contractors Don sent out were amazing--very skilled in many areas plus they worked hard all of the time! The work was completed well and in a very timely manner. Follow up from Tri-County with Dave was amazing--his help with all of the final bits & pieces. Our brand new kitchen is so lovely, easy to work in, and such an excellent value.
Description of Work: Our entire kitchen was gutted, bulkheads removed, everything was replaced. Beautiful solid maple cabinets were installed; new outlets, wiring, new circuit, and lighting were installed. Plumbing was relocated--new sink/faucet/etc.,installed. Everyone showed up right on time or a little early every day! Also, Tri-County works with Apex Granite in Harmony, PA. We are just thrilled with the counters--they are exquisite!
