The Tri-County Kitchen team wa super easy to work with and they were all professional, courteous, and friendly. We had our kitchen remodeled and the work included new counters, new cabinets, new flooring, new sink and faucet and new finishes. The work was done in a timely manner and completed in the time we were told it would take. I tend to ask a lot of questions and everyone was very helpful and took the time to answer and explain everything and never made me feel like I was bothering them. They made small adjustments to the design that would better for our family and was always willing to help with design suggestions! The installation went perfectly. They were professional, timely, and courteous! They completed the job in an expected amount of time and cleaned up well when it was completed! I would highly recommend and we would definitely use them again!

I enjoyed working with the owner, Todd, and his staff. Although I changed my mind many times on many things, cabinets, layout, granite, they always smiled and said "no problem." Their showroom was very easy to navigate given all the choices there are in cabinets, finishes, etc. I think the overall best part of my experience was the personalized service.

Everything was installed properly and in a timely manner

I had my kitchen refaced by Tri County Kitchens in 2006. They were very easy to deal with and gave me many references of previous refacing customers. It gave me a whole new look to my dated cabinets along with new high definition laminate countertops. The refacing was reasonably priced and the update helped me to sell my home when my husband passed away.

We have a small kitchen so we were very concerned about utilizing the space. We called Tri County kitchens because their ad said they specialize in problem kitchens and Unique Designs. They really knows how to think out-of-the-box. Todd, the owner personally took care of our kitchen. The design was something we could not possibly of imagined. There staff and installers were amazing. Everything went extremely smoothly. We got four estimates and their price was the best. We are already recommending them to friends!

Tri County Kitchens did a complete remodel of our kitchen. The owner Todd Leighton designed it himself and we visited the showroom to pick out finishes and an appliance. The re-design of the flow of our kitchen is perfect and we couldn't be happier. The installers were punctual, courteous and efficient. To this day I walk into my kitchen and smile at the dramatic and functional change. I highly recommend Tri County Kitchens.

Tri County Kitchens put a beautiful new kitchen in my new home and helped me with four additional apartment/rental units. Each project extremely smooth. The prices were great, but more importantly, their staff and designers walked me through the each project. From their scheduling to their great designs, as well as quality installations, I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I had my kitchen remodeled almost 7 years ago by Tri County Kitchens and it still looks like the day it was put in. I chose their all wood cherry cabinets by Kabinart and couldn’t be more pleased. The new layout is much more functional and I love having natural granite countertops! Al in all, it was a great experience.

Great and helpful recommendations by owner Todd and a very quality job of workmanship and craftsmanship by installers Dave and Andy. As a DIYer and one particular to detail, I could very much appreciate the quality of the products Tri-County Kitchens provided with our kitchen cabinet refacing as well as the excellent job and finish work done with the installation. The fit of cabinet doors and drawers could not have been better. Not only were we especially pleased with the improved look of our kitchen, but equally pleased that the project went so well and functioned beyond expectations.

Todd was tenacious in getting the required spec sheets on the stove from the manufacture to make sure everything fit properly. After going through 1 design, and waiting for my signed contract I called....found out Todd wasn't happy with the the design, said he wanted to redo it and asked me to wait a few days. The revised design was perfect. Since it was a small job, it was able to be moved up earlier than promised. The installation guys were meticulous. They wanted everything perfect and it was. I'm very happy with the work and my new stove that now fits in the kitchen.

Working with Tri-County Kitchens was an enjoyable experience for my wife and I. We are very meticulous individuals and have no tolerance for nonsense when making purchases via any retailer/service provider… whether it be groceries, clothing, household items, automobiles, etc… If we’re spending our money somewhere we want a knowledge staff to deal with and individuals who are not trying to manipulate us. Todd and Alice, along with their design team, and installers at Tri-County Kitchens were nothing but helpful and fulfilling to deal with. Impressive to say the least. Listened to our wants/needs during the design process. Good conversations were had to determine our kitchen layout and material selection. Then provided punctual documentation and communication from the point of agreement through the installation date. The installation was more notable then the design process. Having strangers come work in your home is always a nervous time for us. Collateral damage to other parts of the property or house seems to be the norm without any care or responsibility to the associated contractors. Tri-County Kitchens’ installers were very careful working inside and outside our home with their tools and moving/preparing materials. The demolition of the kitchen was kept contained to the kitchen area without causing dirt and debris to be spread elsewhere. Their vacuum was used constantly. Plastic sheeting was used as a barrier. There was no damage to doorways, walls, floors, or furniture. Neat and organized the entire way through. Installation was clean and crisp. Fit and finish exceeded our expectations. The end result was better than anticipated. They met deadlines and delivered what they said they would in a 1st class manner. Todd and Alice, be proud of the team you built at Tri-County Kitchens. Tri-County Kitchens is amazing! From Danielle, our kitchen designer, to Dave and Andy, our installers...everyone was fabulous! Danielle designed a unique, open floor plan that I just love! Everyone who walks into my house tells me it looks brand new, thanks to Danielle's design. She gave us wonderful advice for coordinating the faucet, door and drawer pulls, and lighting. Our granite and flooring are darker in tone and offset the light oak cabinets perfectly! Dave and Andy were professional, courteous, and friendly. Their work is beautiful! The price was very reasonable, although we handled the demolition and flooring installation ourselves. I honestly have absolutely no hesitation or reservation in recommending Tri-County Kitchens!

Not to long ago I had a very bad experience with a local kitchen company that left my kitchen tore up and unusable. We contacted three kitchen stores in the area. After the looked at my mess, each company decided not to take on the job. My fourth call was to Tri County Kitchens. Within a few days, the owner of the company visited my wife and I to assess our situation. While he agreed that we had big problems he said it was nothing they couldn’t handle and help us through. We were extremely relieved. Our new kitchen was completely installed with gorgeous granite countertops, all new appliances, custom cabinetry and flooring. It is a very unique design that is extremely functional and to top it off the WOW factor is breathtaking. We were pleased that everything was done professionally, in a timely manner as promised, and my wife appreciated the fact that they cleaned up after themselves each day. Todd Leighton and his team did such a fantastic job that we then went on to order another kitchen for our pool house. It was smaller, of course, but Todd utilized every inch with stock cabinets that have essentially the same quality as my custom cabinets in my original kitchen. It too is perfect! Three is a charm; we recently had Tri County kitchens design and install my wife’s dream bathroom. Again, a great experience. I would highly recommend Tri County Kitchens to anyone!

We had a great experience! Todd and the rest of the team listened to our ideas, offered helpful suggestions, and created exactly what we wanted--a beautiful galley kitchen with full-access cabinets, a pantry cupboard, lots of lighting, an overhead hood, and an attractive floor. The 2-man construction crew minimized the dust, cleaned up every day, added some touches that we hadn't thought about, and built a beautiful, solid kitchen. They were friendly and good-humor end; we enjoyed having them in our home. My husband thought the price was on the high side, but we didn't choose the less-expensive items, so I disagree with him on this.

I'd break this project into two phases - the first phase was the demolition of the old and installation of the new. This phase was incredibly fast, starting on a Monday and ending four days later on Friday morning. I was very impressed that this could happen so quickly and equally gratified that Tri-County kept to the schedule it had told me to expect. At the end of this week I had all my new cabinets in place and could begin putting things away. Phase two was the waiting period - first waiting for the granite to be installed, and along with it the sink and disposer. Granite install (measuring and installing in two different visits) was also completed as scheduled. The rest of the "waiting period" involved very minor fixes to some items that needed attention. None of these were critical, mostly cosmetic. We kept a punch list going and worked with Paul to get all of these completed. Paul was outstanding to work with - his work is high quality, and his ability to solve problems (small ones always arise) showed a lot of creativity and attention to my needs - customer satisfaction and conserving my money are as important to Paul (and Tri-County) as they are to me.

Most terrible experience ever! After waiting an eternity for the cabinets to arrive, they sent out a relatively new contractor (not one of their employees) accompanied by this young kid who didn't even know how to operate a power drill/screw driver and who was more interested in texting and screwing around on his cell phone. They rushed through the install within several hours and totally trashed the cabinets and trim. It was so bad, I thought maybe it was a joke! I actually cried while I looked at it and take it all in. They drilled holes all through the walls searching for studs. Nothing was level or true. The trim corners looked like something a 2 year old tried to accomplish. End caps were actually falling off and they stuck globs of calk all over in an attempt to conceal their screwed up work. I had my contractor come out to look at the mess and he was shocked. Found out later that he gets a cut for every referral and that upset me. We had to wait months for new cabinetry and trim to arrive. The guys who returned and tried to fix the mess were actual employees. They did the best they could with what they had to work with to make it somewhat right. They also told us that all they do is fix the fiascos these outside contractors leave behind. To top it all, we were treated extremely rudely by the owner and his employees throughout this process. We also believe we were excessively charged for subpar quality cabinetry. These people were very ignorant, unconcerned and inconsiderate. I have plenty of photos and email correspondence to share for anyone who's interested.

It was a great experience, the design was more than I could have imagined. They did everything promised and then some! I could not have been more pleased.

We are very happy with the kitchen reface we received. Dave, Andy and John were very meticulous and did an awesome job. They were professional and answered any questions we had. The granite countertops turned out beautiful too. We did not want to use a "big box" company because cheaper isn't always better. Very glad we chose this company.

It went rather smooth. We had a few glitches along the way, but the end product is great. All facets of the project were correlated so that things went rather well. There were a few unexpected problems with a leaky eaves and dry wall but they were able to recommend people who were prompt in making the necessary repairs so that the remodel was not delayed. Danielle and Todd gave us a few layouts to consider and explained to us the pros and cons of each design. Todd listened to our concerns and handled problems quickly and Danielle made sure that our appliances were turned back on for the second time after the floor installers had disconnected our gas but could not turn it back on due to liability issues. The remodel took about a month all together. I am very pleased with the end result. My daughter and her husband are slated to have their remodel start on Oct. 24th and they are also using Tri County Kitchens. They waited until mine was done before they booked theirs.
