Description of Work: we set up a time for her to come out and look at the house. she called and cancelled because of an emergency with her husband. she said he was alright. its been two and a half weeks and I called back twice. I've never got another response. if she didn't want to clean my house she should have been up front about it.

+ -1 moreDiane and Amy text me an exact arrival time the morning they are coming. They work quickly and efficiently, but always take time talk with my father when he wants to chat.
Description of Work: Diane and Amy from The Clean Factory have been cleaning my 85 year-old father's Levelgreen home monthly for a couple of years now. They are meticulous in their work, very flexible about working around his schedule, and truly pleasant when dealing with him. They bring their own cleaning products (at no extra cost) and leave the house shining in no time. For $90, they dust, sweep and "pick up" his livingroom, diningroom, family room, stairs and entryway. They thoroughly clean his bathroom, powder room and large eat-in kitchen, including scrubbijng all the floors. They are completely trustworthy.
