Good guys, good work

We had been having peeling and bubbling paint along our basement walls along with an orange-ish growth along the surface of the walls. We called H & R Waterproofing first and had other companies lined up for an estimate. They were VERY honest, prompt, responsive, and did a wonderful job. Very clean (even with jackhammering and cement!), explained everything, and worked really hard while here. Done in 2 days and a lifetime warranty. Not a single complaint, and I highly recommend!

These guys are THE BEST in what they do, they had to fix my foundation and do an internal French drain, best price and they did exactly what they told me they were going to do. I am very happy. When they ran into problems, they called me and even told me to shop around and let them know, they are not pushy and they do not want you to rush into doing anything. I really liked working with them. 100% recommended.

E. Rose Construction is a highly professional and highly skilled service provider. They came out and gave us an honest estimate for replacing temporary supports in our basement with the correct permanent supports. They did the work on the weekend so it could be completed before the drywall and we were able to give them the house code so they could come and go as needed. I own a flip business and will 100% hire them again for more than just support replacements. This is an honest and trustworthy company that shows up when they promise and gets the job finished correctly the first time!

E Rose contractors are the best in the business. They do superior work. Have had them do 2 projects for us (foundation drain and support posts in our basement) and will have them do a 3rd project shortly. Highly recommend Erik and Charles. Very professional, friendly and exceptional work ethic.

****DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS **** They did poor quality work. Would not fix their issues. Not return phone calls, emails or texts. Bid too low on a project and then would not honor the estimate.

Excellent from start to finish. On time for everything, zero mess and they cleaned up everything better than it was. All for a very reasonable price. I was apprehensive at the start of the project, as I always am with contractors, but worried for nothing. Everything was perfect and I am so happy it s accomplished!!! AMAZING!!!! Great work guys!! I never leave reviews but feel a great job done deserves praised!! Hired them to do a waterproof job and they were very prompt and on time for starters!! Got my job knocked out in two days even taking the initiative to clean before and after!! Although the mess was left on the side of the house (can t be too mad at that) got a dump truck n it was out of their. I had a furnace that was in the way of the job also the crew finished their job and returned after the furnace was removed to touch up the job. That was big in my books most companies give you the run around at the point especially once they re paid. These guys really showed back up and did the work that was expected. Very friendly and trustworthy group of guys. I d definitely rehire and recommend to all!!

Hired these guys to put in an internal drain and sump pump. Received multiple quotes from various companies and these guys came in considerably lower and did a great job. Super nice guys that give you the quote and actually perform the labor. Highly suggest contacting them if looking to have a similar job done.
