Description of Work: We bought a reconditioned refrigerator from Root's. It was a little strange to walk in and not see a single person, but a gentleman came out a few minutes after we arrived. We picked out the fridge we wanted, paid the man, and it was delivered shortly after. All in all, it was a smooth,easy transaction, with exactly the experience we expected. Two years later, we're still happy with our decision.

+ -1 moreThey were very nice and came out the same day. The cost for a service call on an HE washer is more than a regular washer costing 100.00 just to come out. Overall I was very happy with the service and people.
