It was fine , always been satisfied with the service. They were prompt and professional and had people that knows what they are doing.

I had a very good experience with them. I would give them an A rating. They came twice. They came in January and came again in the spring. They put a new faucet on. They were great. Very reliable, trustworthy and I would definitely use them again.

The main technician did not seem to know what he was doing. The assistant he came with was in another room going through my things. It was a very bad situation. The men did not complete the work.

We have used Crossan for all our plumbing and heating needs. For this job we were redoing our master bathroom so we purchased a sink and toilet then called to get those installed along with replacing a corroded shower pipe. The plumber came out to look at it and as we wanted to go with a rain shower shower head he had to order the extension pipe for the shower head. As we did not hear from them after a week, my only complaint is that we had to call them two times asking when the extension pipe would be in before getting a date when they would come out. Once they came out they did a great job, very professional, and answered all of my questions. Even allowed me to paint the walls were the old sink cabinet was. During the sink install the plumber replaced our existing valves (at no charge) as they were old and he thought they may go bad. We were very happy with the results and will continue to be a customer of theirs

It went well. The guys who did the installation, especially the inside guy, were virtual artists. Salesman was rational, down to earth and didn't try to upsell.

They have been very good at taking old plumbing and fitting new pieces in or bringing it up to code. I have been using them for more than a decade and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.

I am from a region where we don't use oil heat and so I had a lot of questions when we purchased our home. The people who work in the office have always been very kind and patient in providing me information and answering questions. I recently purchased an electric water heater and a gas boiler from them, which they also installed. Everyone I've worked with from this company is prompt and extremely friendly and the opinions they've provided have been honest. The prices charged I've found is about average based on other providers with whom I've checked. I've been pleased with the work they've performed and advise they've given me. Although I no longer require heating oil I will continue to use them to service my equipment and for other services, as needed.

We used them to repair our oil burning, plumbing work, oil delivery services. It has been going extremely well. They are very reliable, they have a quick response time. The quality of their work is excellent and they have a very professional staff.

On a weekend forecasted to be in the 90's we noticed our A/C running and running but not cooling. at 7:30 the next morning, I called and they had a technician at my house within 45 minutes. He diagnosed the problem, went and got the part, installed it and had it up and running within 2 hours. Very professional, helpful and accommodating. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

They have been around a long time. The gentleman they sent out did not know how to fix the problem. His boss came out and looked at it, and they solved the problem. They are trustworthy and definitely worth calling.

On either the Thursday of or Friday of Memorial Day weekend, my air conditioning system was failing to cool my house. I noticed that the line coming into the house was frozen and suspected that I really only needed some freon added to my system. Having dealt with this same situation in the past, I knew to turn off the AC and allow the pipes to de-frost. However, because it was just before 4 o'clock in the afternoon at the beginning of a holiday weekend, I was sure that I would be spending the whole holiday without air conditioning. In order to hedge my bet, I called RM Crossan, Inc. not because I had heard good or bad things about them, but because I knew that they were literally 2 miles from my house and thought that perhaps I could coax someone into stopping by before the weekend began. The receptionist took my information, and explained that she didn't think anyone was available but that she knew she had one or two crews working nearby and perhaps someone would be able to come by, but that most likely they wouldn't be able to get to me until after the weekend. I asked to to look into it, but resolved myself to wait until after the weekend. 10 minutes later, the receptionist called back and said that she had found someone and they would be here in 10 minutes. The workman came out, did a quick inspection, and because the pipes had defrosted by the time he arrived was able to re-charge my system with freon (or whatever the appropriate gas is) and we were back in business. The workman believed we possibly had a leak somewhere in the system but was unable to pinpoint it. He suggested we keep an eye on it and see if the AC failed again in the near future. As it turns out, our A/C does have a leak and our system stopped cooling again a little more than a month later (just in time for the Fourth of July weekend). Again, I made a desperate, last minute call for help, and they were able to get someone to my house prior to the 5 o'clock finishing time where overtime starts to be added to the bill. We had this happen one final time this summer but prior to this happening I was able to get one of the owners/managers to look at my system and propose a plan for fixing my issue. Due to the age of my system a fix would not be possible because the parts are unavailable. I would need to upgrade. They gave me quotes for just replacing the AC side of the system and for also replacing the entire AC/Heating system with more energy efficient systems, and provided me with information for possible financing help from 3rd party programs. I felt that the sales pitch was not heavy-handed at all, was comprehensive, informative, and the costs look very reasonable. The proposal was also provided to me within 24 hours of the inspection. Unfortunately, right now, due to some other projects at the house, we are unable to afford a new AC system but plan on taking care of it before next AC season kicks in.I would highly recommend RM Crossan and will continue to use them for my Heating/AC needs. Their responsiveness and professionalism was highly surprising in light of other trades that I have had to deal with at my home.

We had a slow drain and needed a small plumbing repaire. Serviceman was extremely helpful and found an easy solution to both problems. He could have made this made this a big deal and I would not have able to discern the differenc.e We took his advice and solved the problem easily.

The two gentlmen came right on time. Completed the job in a timely fashion, and removed any and all garbage, packaging, etc.. I was very pleased with the service.

When I called Crossan's I said there was no urgency at all. I was offered the opportunity to either make an appointment or wait until someone had a free minute to stop by. I opted for the "whenever convenient" option. Crossan's called back within an hour or two saying someone was in the area and available if that was ok with me. I said the service tech could go ahead and stop by. Hank and his partner did some troubleshooting and said it would streamline things if I ordered the part myself. When the part came in a week later, I called Crossan's back and the same day another technician arrived and completed the work correctly. Their staff and technicians were courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. This was an excellent experience and I would call them again.
