+ -1 moreLeonard was a life-saver for me. I had renters at my property when of course the oven broke. During his 1at visit when repair was not an option due to age/no parts he offered advice on how to proceed and was very flexible in scheduling a return visit within a tight delivery window for the new oven from a big-box store.

+ -1 moreWhen I called for an appointment I left a voicemail with my contact info. Paul called me the same day and asked quite a few questions concerning my problem with my dryer. He was upfront with the cost of the service call and the type of payments he would accept. He called before coming over (as promised). He was very professional, quickly solved the problem and cleaned up after he was done. The service call was a bit pricey but he backed it up with his service. It turned out I needed coils which were replaced right away.

Description of Work: Replaced an ice maker that I had replaced a year ago. No charge for the ice maker it was under warranty. I thought the service charge was a bit steep since I had him a year earlier,however he did the job on time and so far no problems.
