We have used A1 several times. Had flue problem on baseboard heating system. They found the problem quickly and repaired. Also fixed a broken water line and winterized a home for the winter. Great work and professional. Very quick to call back after leaving a message with their answering service. And, he WILL call you back. Reasonable pricing. Definitely recommend.

He is completely dependable. It took me a really long time to find someone willing to work on my old oil furnace. He was recommended to me by a friend. He completely services my furnace, takes it completely apart in some situations.

Very good, I would definitely hire him again. Set up a time very quickly to come do the work. He was here two times charging $105 first time (and he had another man with him the first visit) and $211 the second time and these prices reflected the parts also. Honest and hard working. He didn't waste a minute.

Mr Caratelli showed up at my mobile home when he said he would as my furnace would not turn on. He analyzed the problem quickly but after he got it running he discovered a crack in the heat ex- changer which means I have to get a new furnace. When I am ready to have this done I will have A1 Comfort do the work.

Better than I ever expected! Very pleased with the quality of the work.

Went well. They have to go into our attic to check on our furnace and that at times can be a challenge. We are only there at certain days and times and they were very accommodating for us.

Everything went great. Both items were repaired. We were both shown how to light and shut down the somewhat complicated pilot on the furnace. Both repairmen were pleasant and professional. We were very pleased with the service and the price.

They responded within a couple hours after our initial call, diagnosed problem quickly and returned two days later to install new part. Very pleased with the service they performed

A1 was here the very next morning after I returned to fix the furnace. They arrived with all the necessary parts, diagnosed the problem and it was up and running within 30 minutes. They returned shortly thereafter to fix the leaks and install a new kitchen faucet which had been destroyed. I have used A1 before and their work is first rate. They are here when they say they will be. They are always neat in their work, including cleanup. They are very well trained in their work and do what is necessary to fix the problem. They are friendly and concerned that the problem is fixed to your satisfaction. I would comment them to anyone.

Very well, the furnace is working really good. They also advised us of another issue that we will be having them repair.

The work was done very well, new cold air return was cut into the first floor and existing heat run was relocated to opposite wall. Everything was cleaned up very well. Basement was left clean and new furnace runs great. I would highly recommend A1Comfort to anyone who wants their furnace installed correctly, neatly and in a timely manner.

Bob was absolutely available when needed at last moment, was right on time, very honest & helpful with up dating in the future, should we so choose, which we plan to use him in the Spring 2017 for sure!!

They're wonderful. I found them 17 years ago when I first moved here. My husband was in China, so I'm here alone. I said, "Well, I'll call them, they've always been good to me." Oh my gosh, it was really cold out and I didn't have a furnace. They went to their office, brought heaters out and placed them in the house, wherever I wanted. They were just the best and we haven't had any problems. I've been using them for 17 years. I haven't had any mechanical problems and they treated me nice. I'm 60 years old and they just did everything for me they could to make sure I was going to be warm at night, before it was installed. That was a plus. We have not had problems, never had to call back and they were always calling me, "How are you doing? Do you want us to come out?" I know it's business for them, but still. If I didn't want them, they were like, "Okay, let us know, we'll call you in a year." When I used them for all those years I was, like, one of their number one customers. Their punctuality is great. They were just a good company to work with.

I have used them for 17 years. The only reason I called them to begin with was because we had an older furnace and I thought we needed it looked at every winter. That is how I started using them and I kept going back. When I did need a big job, they were right there for me. One of the owners came out, to talk furnace with me. They were always good to me from the get-go. They're really good.
