 + -1 moreI needed to have my carpets cleaned as we were selling our home. I did a local search and didn't have many choices but this company was close by. When I called and spoke to the gentleman on the phone he was polite and friendly and I was able to make an appointment. When they came to clean, it went smoothly and I was happy with the all around service. But as the carpet dried, the texture of it became "crunchy". It wasn't really too bad to walk on but still wasn't as soft as it was before.

Description of Work: Making an appointment was easy and prompt. I think that Kevin was the name of the person that cleaned my carpeting. He did a great job, and he removed stains that I did not expect to come out. I had my upstairs carpeting, the upstairs halls, the steps, and my living room and dining room area rugs cleaned. I will definitely use ChemDry again, and I will recommend them to my friends.

 + 1 moreIt's the first time I've used ChemDry because I couldn't get in touch with the person who normally cleaned my rugs, but I will definitely use ChemDry in the future. He got stains out of our highly trafficked family room rug that were there a long time and a visitor to my house even asked who cleaned the rugs because she noticed such a difference. I have already given their name to 2 people because I was that pleased with their work. I highly recommend!
Description of Work: Cleaned family room and office wall to wall carpeting, living room and dining room area rugs, family room steps, porch rug. Price was a bit higher because we added $85 extra protection.
