+ -1 moreKen came to my home for an inspection. He left my home without power and refused to come back to fix the issue. He stated he was going to see his family out of town and couldn't come back. Meanwhile, I was left at home not able to make it to an appointment I had set up for weeks in advance because my home didn't have power. I ended up using another contractor to come and fix the issue. I absolutely refused to man to come back into my home alone to get the radon canisters. I highly recommend using someone who won't leave your home without power when you return home.

+ -1 moreKen was spot on time and very familiar with the borough regulations. He had already done a preliminary inspection when he dropped off the radon detectors three days earlier so he was able to zero in on some issues that would not have been apparent with a one-time walk through. Ken took the time to clearly explain the mechanical features of the house that were new to me and made sure I asked questions as we went along.
Description of Work: Complete home purchase inspection including termite and radon testing.
