Scott's response time is great. He gets back to me on the same day and gets me on his schedule as soon as possible. His work is meticulous and finished in the the time frame he gives me. He is professional and so pleasant to interact with. I'm thankful to have found such a great electrician.

Scott Plesce is a great electrician!! My house is 80 years old and anything is possible inside it. My electric went out on the 2nd floor on the tuesday night before Thanksgiving so I placed a service call with my home warranty company. Scott said he didnt want me to have to wait until after the holiday and fit me in at 6am the day before Thanksgiving. He was on time and very professional for arriving so early. He investigated my power source and finally found that the upstairs bathroom GFI outlet was out and was affecting power in the bedrooms. He replaced the outlet and the power was restored. Two days later, the power went out in the attic. Since it was over the holiday weekend, Scott couldn't come out until the Monday after Thanksgiving [certainly understandable since it wasn't an emergency]. Scott came at 7am Monday morning and restored the power in the attic and corrected the switch that was installed incorrectly. He also fixed a GFI outlet in the kitchen that had blown that morning. It had also been installed incorrectly. On Tuesday night, a living room outlet blew so I called the home warranty company again [3rd time in one week]. Scott walked me through things over the phone and helped me restore the outlet power from the breaker box. This saved us both time and effort. He told me if weird things happened again to just call him directly instead of placing a service call and he might be able to walk me through things over the phone again. I will gladly do it!
