+ 4 moreTerry was very easy to talk to about all of our plans and willing to work with us on some things to help us keep the cost at a place we felt comfortable paying. He is very knowledgeable about the work he does and is insightful on what would work the best in different situations. He is a very hard worker and reliable to get things done in a timely manner. He takes a lot of pride in his work and will make sure that it's done right. We are very pleased with the outcome of our basement. It is beautiful, comfortable and enjoyable to use.
Description of Work: We were in the process of finishing our basement. My husband had the framing and electrical done but we were ready to get help to finish the rest of it which consists of a large family room, a full bathroom and a bedroom. Cromer Construction hung the drywall and finished it , including drywall ceiling in places. There were some very difficult areas due to a lot of corners. The finished drywall work was very smooth and ready for immediate priming and painting. Tile was laid and grouted on the floor at the 2 outside entrances, beautiful tiled bathroom floor (a heated tile floor) was installed and tile flooring in front of the fireplace. The tile surrounding our fireplace was done and looks spectacular!! We had 2 cabinets installed in a small kitchenette area and all bathroom fixtures were installed (toilet, sink, vanity). He contracted the carpeting out but oversaw the installation.
