Ivan and his sons are professional, affordable, tidy and eager to please. They stained my deck and it looks beautiful! They even came back a week after completing the job (as promised) to return my deck furniture allowing the finish to completely dry. I have found my forever painters.

Ivan was very through and did a great in painting all of my window shutters and front door. The customer service was great. I would recommend him.

Ivan was very professional. He power washed the deck and stained it, power washed the siding to remove green, power washed the downstairs patio and sealed it and filled in cracks and gaps with cement. did some re-sealing on the deck and front porch. I was very pleased with the work Ivan did and highly recommend him.

Ivan started the work when promised and it was completed in a timely manner. The work was outdoors and the weather cooperated. He was also helpful with color selection- he has a good eye for nuances of color.

Ivan provided excellent service and is very professional. We had outside painting done as well as indoor painting and the end product was perfect. Very neat and clean. Arrived on time. Finished on time as he had predicted. I would definitely hire again and recommend to others. His workmanship was above and beyond my expectations and pricing was very reasonable. I had two walls and a ceiling that needed some dry wall repair and repainting. Ivan was punctual, efficient and meticulous, going out of his way to make sure the final result was perfect. He was also very clean and minimally disruptive to the day-to-day routine. He is also a very friendly individual and his pricing was excellent. I would hire him again in an instant!!! I would absolutely 100% recommend this company to anybody who is looking to have their deck redone. These guys have the best customer service, quality, and pricing; very professional and courteous. The biggest obstacle for my project was the weather. It was difficult for the guys to find enough dry days in a row to complete the power washing, repairs and staining of my deck. I have a pretty big deck with a walkway leading up to it and lattice work below. The finished product is absolutely amazing! I love, love, love my deck!!!! Everyone is commenting about how fantastic it looks and they all want to know who did the work. I would like to thank Ivan's Painting and Restoration for the terrific job that they did for me and would highly recommend them to everyone.

I hired Ivan to clean and reseal my stamped concrete patio and walkway. It took about 5 hours to pressure watch and apply 2 coats of sealant. I was satisfied with their work and felt the price was fair given other estimates. Ivan applied a water based sealant which protects and seals the concrete but does not darken or give the concrete the “wet, glossy” look. I had some spots of fading and would have preferred a solvent based sealer to darken those spots and restore the glossy look of the concrete. I wasn’t aware of the different types of sealants and will request the solvent based moving forward

Ivan and his crew did an excellent job .. they were thorough .. his sons were an absolute pleasure to work with .. I highly recommend Ivan's restoration.. love my decks -- his color recommendation was spot on !! I cannot say enough about the great job they did .. I will not hesitate to be in contact with him again .. Thanks so much Ivan for a superb job !!!!!

Ivan did an outstanding job removing wallpaper from a bedroom area and then painting that area, the bedroom, the bathroom, and the cabinets. He is courteous and thoughtful which is something really desirable when they are working inside your home. We barely realized he was there for hours on end. I would hire him again and may in fact do so. Great work and great habits of work.

Ivan did an excellent job painting the ceiling in my 2-story foyer. He covered everything that he didn't move out of the foyer, set up his drop cloths and equipment and then sanded, shellacked, spackled & painted. After he finished, he was careful & thorough in cleaning up & putting everything back in original places. The coverage is perfect, & it doesn't look like there had been any problem with the ceiling. The price was fair, & the workmanship was excellent. I would definitely recommend Ivan's Painting & Restoration to anyone who needed a good painter."
