Jim and Lisa both arrived to give an estimate to repair damages from Hurricane Sandy. We discussed the required repairs and the color choices available. Their estimate arived promptly and my wife and I decided to go with Ace R/R. Their estimate was not the lowest but they were considerably less than some we received. We met again to talk about scheduling and additional work we were considering. Revisions to the estimate were made and agreed on. The timeline sufferd do to the snow and ice thru the entire month of February. No fault ofAce R/R. When the weather allowed, Jim and his guys arrived when they said they would and got right to it. The project moved along smoothly and I would get daily updates when I arrived home from work. If we had any questions or concerns Jim was only a phone call away. Everything was completed as planned and on time and on budget. No surprises and no hidden cost. We are very happy with their work and we love the way our home turned out.

I had metal roof vents and after a while they bend and drip so they took those off and put new ones and they are working. The man who did it is 96 years old. He took the ladder up the high side of the house. He didn't even use a double ladder. I was amazed. And I think his helper was in his 60's. They were thorough, they were safe, they were polite.

Lisa and her crew were punctual, professional, and very neat. They are also very reasonably priced.

I love these guys. They're hard workers, they're here first thing in the morning and if they're going to be late, they do let you know but they're easy to get hold of, and we just really have a good rapport with Lisa, Jim and Brian. We had an issue with the kitchen cabinet which was not their fault, and they really fixed that whole issue and were on top of taking care of it and getting things done, and they were great about that, and for now at the drop of a hat, they'll come running.

We met with Ace Roofing and Remodeling but, decided to go with someone else. It was very nice. We found them very personable. They had good ideas. We had used another company before so, we stuck with them. Ace was the cheapest. They did the quote for free. They were the best. They were very nice. They called me back right away.

They are professional, personable, and resonably priced. Jim and Brian arrive on time and don't stop until day is done. When we had a MAJOR issue (x2) with the cabinet manufacturer that delayed the completion of the kitchen for two months, Jim and Lisa were extremely helpful in getting the problem taken care of and the project finished. With all the have done, and the future projects planned, they are always available to answer questions and take the time to meet with us, be it for a design consult or suggestions that would better assist us in the completion of a project.

Lisa and Jim are fantastic. I had 4 other people bid the job, they were all much higher in price and not as knowledgable or honest as Lisa and Jim. I can tell you when Lisa says this is what I will do sje means it and will take care of you. No extra fees just a top quality job by the best in the bussiness. You can trust these guys.
