I have been a Trinity customer now for about five years and recently noticed my generator was not operating. I called the office and spoke with Debbie and she was able to walk me through a few steps that got the unit back in operation. I was extremely thankful and very pleased with resolving the problem over the phone.

I had initially gotten a quote for the purchase and installation of my 22KW Generac generator from an electrician. He suggested contacting a Generac dealer to purchase and install my generator. Since I would have to contact a dealer if I had a problem with my generator after installation anyway, it seemed like a good idea. I got a quote from Trinity Generators which was substantially less than my previous quote. Getting the generator from Trinity was an easy choice. They did an outstanding job of installing the generator. Trinity handled all the paperwork and permits all the way to the final inspection of the installation. Trinity sent 4 technicians to install the generator. They started at 9am and finished right after lunch. The installation was fast and neat. They treated the installation as if my home was theirs. They removed all packing material and trash and left my home just as it was before they were there. I couldnâ t be more satisfied and happy with my decision to have them add a generator to my home. 5 Stars!!!!

Trinity has been servicing my 20K Generac for 6 years and every January the tech would show up and service the generator. A few weeks ago a truck ran off the road and cut the utility pole in half pulling the electrical service off the house. I called Trinity and they came right out to make the necessary repairs. Now everything is in place and it looks better than before the accident.

Nothing yet.

I had the first service call of the day. I saw the truck pull up a little early. By the time I got to the front door, I saw him pull away. I figured he went for coffee. I called the company. They indicated that he repaired. I found a ticket on the front door handle. I never received an explanation from the tech or the company despite several attempts. I had to hire a different company to address the issues that the tech identified plus other issues that I needed to be addressed.

Quick response to our request to purchase portable generator and do portable generator transfer switch install in our house while other contractors never responded at all to our request. Actually work went very will and neatly completed with thorough instructions given on how to operate system. Price was in line with the going rate for similar installs.

Excellent service response and very easy to work with. Would recommend to anyone needing work on a generator or having a standby home unit installed.

Really appreciated the pick up and return service - which was reasonable - as I had no way to get the generator to the shop. The repair was quick and I received some valuable advice from the delivery/repair fellow on how to maintain the generator for the future.

Explanation given and shown how I can fix this problem next time it happens.
