cleaned gutters, checked roof, vents etc. very well spoken and courteous. knows what he is doing. i will use him again next year for an annual gutter cleaning since i live on a wooded lot and have so much tree debris despite gutter guards.

Tim was very responsive with my contacts to him and was even able to come earlier to the estimated time when I asked if he could come as early as possible to do my trash removal. Him and his worker with him were very kind, prompt, details, and very responsive of my home. They made sure to watch their step while carrying my trash to their trunk. I will be contacting them again after my next stage of home repair is done and will most likely need trash removal then too.

Hired TIMS to remove and dispose pressure treated wood swing set and playhouse. He looked at the job and gave me a quote very quickly. He is an excellent communicator and let me know when he would arrive and when he finished. The job was finished and he left the site clean and free of debris. Am looking at other jobs I need done, and will definitely use TIMS. His quality of work and reasonable rates are unbeatable.

We had an overflowing front gutter. TIMS came and quoted us $185 to clean the gutters. After removing a major clog in the front and not finding much else in the other gutters, the price was reduced to $165: "job was smaller than expected". Now that is class! Will use them again.

I was so pleased with TIMS. I needed a few weeks to pull it all together and TIMS was willing to work with me. When I was ready they were there. I was especially thankful for TIMS putting aside things they found that I might want to keep. That was very thoughtful. I also did not expect them to sweep up after all of the junk was removed. That was a nice touch. I would highly recommend TIMS to anyone.
