Although costly, this was overall a very positive experience. Spencer's was very professional, prompt, and did great work. My wife and I are very happy and would recommend Spencer's if you are mounting a flat screen, particularly over a fireplace.
Description of Work: We recently purchased an LCD flat screen TV which we wanted installed over a fireplace. We found Spencer Sight & Sound on the Internet and were impressed by the examples of their work posted on their website. I called and told them we wanted the installation over an old fireplace, with the receiver in an adjacent closet. Spencer explained how the work would be done, and the approximate cost. Two people came to our home as scheduled, and did a great job of mounting our flat screen and running our cables through the wall into the closet as requested. Impressive work.
