 + -1 moreCAME TO THE HOUSE & HELPED US LIFT CARPET UP...SUGGESTED WHAT TO DO, RATHER THAN REPLACE RUG. CAME BACK & CLEANED RUG & WAS ABLE TO ELIMINATE ODOR THAT WE COULD NOT BEFORE. VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
