One Call Clean Out

They did an excellent job and showed up on a mission. I had a queen sleeper sofa that they had to tear apart to remove it and they did it with no complaints. There were heavy items on the second floor that they removed as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone and I would definitely hire them again.

These guys are great. I needed to clear out the last of the junk from our house before we sold it. The guys arrived right on time, were very polite, walked through the house with me to go over what I wanted removed and then cleared things out quickly and efficiently including helping me to move a few of the things I was keeping, into my car. All for a very reasonable price that was less than I expected. I highly recommend and would absolutely use again.

It took us five calls to get him to come out for us. They did a good job, they just didn't respond the way we wanted. They scheduled us and then would cancel the same day they were supposed to come out four different times. We did stay here waiting for them. The workers were good, they were really good.

I sold my home and had a very quick settlement. The kids had all moved out but left all their old junk behind. I had to bag it all up and take it with me to my new home. My driveway looked like a junk yard. The morning after my move I called one call clean up and all my problems were solved. They were able to come to my home within 48 hours and took everything away. The price was fantastic and they were so prompt they actually came earlier than expected. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. I would absolutely use them again. Great job guys!!

I can't begin to tell you how professional John and his staff have been. I had a household of items which needed to be hauled out of my house. I received a reminder email the night before they were supposed to come to my house. They were always early or right on time the day of the appointment. The people who showed up were nice and extremely professional. Nothing was too much trouble. I was so pleased with them, that they came to my house 3 times in 6 weeks. They also work quickly. I was amazed at how fast they were able to get things done. I thought the price was fair.

They were on time, dismantled and removed the extremely heavy loveseat and packed up the two tables in 10 minutes tops. The crew was personable, polite and efficient. They arrived when they said they would. As I was writing the check I asked about a senior discount and was told they did not do that but I see now that their page on Angie's states it is 5%. Just something you might want to check if you have a more extensive and expensive clean out.

This company was absolutely amazing to work with. John, the owner, returned my call within 1 hour to give me an estimate and schedule his team for the job. The 2-man crew showed up 15 minutes early, and were very polite/professional. They worked quickly and were careful not to damage any other items/flooring/doorways etc... There was a large freezer in the basement that was there when we moved into the house, and the door frame to get from the basement into the house wasn't large enough for it to fit through (no idea how it got down there in the first place). Anyways, they carefully took off the door and framing to get the freezer out, and then put everything back together. Our basement looks amazing now! Their level of service and attention to detail was well above and beyond my initial expectations for a junk removal company. I highly recommend!

The experience was pretty good with them! He sent two employees over to do the job. They did the work and was reasonably priced.

On time and duration that was quoted in the call. I was under a tight timeline and they made sure i got a date/time that worked for my schedule. The 3 guys that did the job were fantastic. Very nice and conscientious. I couldn't have asked for more... will definitely use them again.

John responded immediately to my initial call. I needed the work done very quickly and he scheduled his visit just a couple of days after I called. He arrived when he said he would and the work was completed within a half hour. He and his partner were very careful going through doorways with furniture. I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again.

I am so sad...I spoke with John on Thursday 8/7/2014 and told him I had a lot that had to be cleanned up it was a 75x9 lot no house on it, I even spoke with him 3 times he said I will be there in the afternoon on friday 8/8/2014 ...so I was soo happy to find someone cause everyone else I spoke with either couldn't do it until the following week or two weeks..anyway that day Friday 8/8/2014 I called John around 11:30 I got no answer, I then texted him cause I figured he was busy I called again around 1 and left a message to call me back hoping he didn't forget me...well I went by the property only to find out that JOHN never showed so disdisappointing when you are relying on some one and you get them from Angie's list hoping they are honest...

They were great - quick to respond, gave an estimate, showed up as agreed, and removed the junk very quickly. Polite and professional. Will use again.

John was quick to respond to my initial phone call and was able to give me an estimate over the telephone. He was also very accommodating of our schedules when establishing a time for him to do the work. We ended up identifying more for them to take than we had originally anticipated; John was very reasonable in adjusting the amount we owed. The job prior to ours took longer than anticipated so they were late in arriving. We understand that this can happen and John was in touch by phone and didn't just leave us hanging. While doing the work, they worked steadily and were pleasant throughout. They were careful not to bang walls or cause any damage even when removing large items from the basement and upstairs. We'd definitely recommend them and hire them again!

Called and left a message. My initial call was returned promptly. I described what the job involved and John gave an estimate of what it would cost, with the final determination to be made the day of the clean out. The two men arrived on time. They assessed the work and it was obvious that there was much more than was apparent initially. So we negotiated a fair price. They were very pleasant and worked efficiently. It took several hours to clean everything out - the garage was the worst! I would use them again. My only complaint was that it took two weeks to get a paid receipt by email.

I had attempted to clean it myself but soon realized it would take me many months of weekends to get the job done. Two workers arrived on time and spent the entire day cleaning out junk that had accumulated for years. The first challenge, however; was to get the damaged two-door garage door opened. I was going to replace it, so when it could not be lifted up, they cut in half and using lots of muscle got it down so the clean out could continue. This was above and beyond what they had been contracted to do. They were very courteous, professional, and above all hard workers. The cost may seem high, but it has been worth every penny to me to have my garage back and in just one day!

John and his partner showed up on time. It was the day after a terrible rain storm and they were afraid they would be late because so many roads in the area were flooded. They kept me informed along the way as to any anticipated delays. Both guys were very polite, professional and worked non-stop until they were done. They were here for about 3 hours. I will use them again in a heart beat. They were very mindful of being careful not to nick walls or scratch floors.. They are incredibly nice young men. You won't be sorry you used them.

I called One Call Clean Out. They called me back the same day. I scheduled them to come out to remove the debris and gave them an estimate (a very bad one) for the amount of debris. They came out and removed the debris in a couple of hours. They price based on volume and difficulty. Fair prices.

That went fine, they came the same say and did what we asked them to do. I didn't have much experience with the workers, it was a small clean out in our yard. They were there when they said they would be there, they were quick and they were gone, which is good for me. They were prompt and efficient. It wasn't regular debris. We had destroyed a shed and it was wood and nails and bricks. We were getting a new shed put in and we needed this old shed removed so that they could get the new shed in. I don't know what something like that goes for. I thought that they were fairly priced. I needed someone to do it, I couldn't do it and I needed to get it done. I called them and they came out that same day. They were also working around my schedule.
