I was delighted to have Matt Derstine return for a second project after some air conditioner maintenance this summer. After I made the appointment, I had to reschedule because of a family emergency, and setting up another day was easy. He inspected the heater and wrapped my water pipes so I'm ready for cold weather. The job seems very thorough, and his price was reasonable. I feel that Matt Derstine is very knowledgeable, as well as polite and professional. I would be happy to recommend him, and would hire him again.

After receiving 4 estimates for a new mini split HVAC system, I chose M & M Derstine HVAC LLC. Despite the large company competitors, I trusted Matt, the owner, to do the job. Matt likes to work alone so it took a little longer to complete the installation but it was worth it because he is a perfectionist. Every job has its challenges, Matt was great at problem solving and including me on decisions. His pricing is reasonable and now everything works perfectly and looks beautiful .He went the extra mile to complete the job so I would have everything the way I wanted. He was very aware of aesthetic. I am so glad I went with him. He is competent and totally trustworthy.

Mr, Derstine fixed my air conditioner the day after I called. Then he looked it over and cleaned it up, so it's well maintained. He is very knowledgeable and answered my questions. The bill was very reasonable, and I'm happy! I would definitely call him again.

Excellent!!! I needed a conventional mini-split system installed for the second floor of our house. I already had the 3-ton condenser for the outside and an air handler that would have to be installed in the attic. I needed the line sets, the pad, and ductwork. I requested a quote at 6 am from Angie's List and they contacted me within minutes and said someone can come over the same morning by 8:30 am. Matt arrived promptly at 8:30, looked everything over, and got back to me with a quote in a few hours. He started the work the next day and the entire job was finished in 3 days.

Everything was done according to what I needed.
